I was suggested for a friend who claimed this photographer was great with capturing moments. And so I took upon myself to reach out and schedule appointment. I contacted the service provider numerous times unable to leave a voicemail since no voicemail was set up! Which is odd if you have a business, I choose to over look that although I should have been cautious I then contacted the photographer by the email portal for contacting the business provided and one of the social media’s provided as well. A whole day went by I then contacted the photographer again several times since the business was running a special and i was determine on getting my photo shoot done before the holidays took in affect. The photographer finally answer. I then told the photographer my reason for the call and what I wanted. She then said she could commit to that. I then asked for her policy on payment and she stated a deposit price that needs to be payed prior before service if not able to commit to the appointment by the date schedule it is not refundable. I answer okay. After exchanging information of my address and name, we exited the call. The following day of the appointment I attempted to call 10mins before my appointment to ensure she could find my location okay, she did not answer, the phone had no way to leave a voicemail. My appointment was at 3:00pm i did not get a call back till 3:45 pm stating she tried to call me at 2:00 pm and was unable to get in contact with me. I told her I had my phone with me the whole day to find out that she was calling the incorrect number. That was not listed on my “contact us” portal that Is located on her page that I left her . She apologize and stated she would refund me the money but could not get a photo shot done today even after I used time and money for makeup and set up! Not to mention her child was in the background making it hard to understand what was being said! Not worth the hassle’ Unorganized & Unprofessional why pay a deposit And the disclaimer is the deposit is to secure your scheduled appointment although the photographer is a NO SHOW HERSELF!!???? Save your money and get another photographer!
