In the midst of settling in as a newly wed, and moving into a new home, I’m excited to finally brag on Michelle Lea Photographie! I am so happy we chose Michelle to photograph our wedding. Michelle and her assistant, Brooke, were outstanding. We got married at a wedding venue 2 hours away, in the middle of a snow storm. They battled the weather and were a complete dream come true! I knew I would love my pictures, because I researched many photographers and Michelle’s work stood out above the rest. What I didn’t know is how kind Michelle is and how helpful she would be during the entire wedding planning. She recommended a wedding planner and many other great vendors. She is the best decision we made for our wedding! During the best time of our lives (most often times stressful) she helped ease the stress. We had never been in front of the camera before and Michelle made us feel like movie stars. She makes you feel very comfortable, and she knows how to make you laugh at the right time for the perfect, real picture. I am confident in my recommendation for Michelle. She will handle your wedding, family photos, or whatever you choose and she will put her whole heart into it and do it well.

Michelle is perfection in every single way! We booked with her for our wedding on 9/21 and she has been wonderful throughout the entire process. Every time I had a question, she would respond to me so timely. She and her assistant (who is also great!), Brooke, arrived early to our wedding and she delivered our photos weeks before I expected them. Such professionalism in all the ways and I can't thank her enough for everything she has done for us.

It was difficult to finalize a photographer in the midst of all them, but I am so very grateful to have found Michelle. She is incredibly talented (her instagram is the most beautiful portfolio) and will capture all your precious moments as well as some sweet candids that only someone who was made for photography can see. Not only that, Michelle is also a great person. She will go above and beyond to make you feel special.

I don't live close to Michelle as our wedding was out of the state, but I loved working with her so much that our wedding won't be the last time I will ever work with her. I will drive hours to see her and have pictures taken by her again and again. Our wedding photos were so beautiful and I will cherish them and her forever!

Michelle's work is like no other I have ever seen! I am absolutely in love with our wedding photos and cannot wait to cherish them for years to come. She traveled to be there for our wedding. Her assistant is lovely and she captured every moment of our special day!

First things first, I cannot recommend Michelle Lea Photographie enough. She and her assistant were amazing before and during the wedding. Michelle was prompt in her communications to us and was really flexible- because we had to travel for the wedding, she allowed us to swap our engagement session for photographing the rehearsal dinner. Those pictures ended up being some of our favorites, because we got to see lots of family and friends at ease and enjoying themselves!

I love Michelle's style. She takes incredibly high quality photos, especially for what she is charging. She was also great day of, and was really able to put me at ease when there were little bobbles in the timeline. I would note that the photos do take a bit longer to get, since she uses film and digital, but trust me, it is worth it.

Finally, I really want to highlight one thing that might seem a bit odd if you are just starting out in your wedding planning. Michelle's photos during the reception were gorgeous. Most photographers (including Michelle) include a lot of the outdoor, posed photos, in their portfolios. Well, our reception was under a tent, much of it with the sun setting or light getting dim, and she still rocked those pictures. Seriously, many people shared with me that these pictures of them are some of their favorites. She captured the candid fun of the night AND made people look awesome. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. I have no regrets!

I could try a million times and not be able to say enough good things about Michelle. She is the sweetest, most accommodating, hardest working, and most talented photographer in the greater Tennessee area. She shoots film and digital, and her images really capture the heart of the people she photographs. I'm so glad that my husband and I chose Michelle. It rained the entirety of our wedding day, but that didn't stop Michelle and her assistant from taking the most breathtaking photos of us. In fact, she did such a great job, that you can't even tell it stormed all day! She also worked over time to make sure our engagement pictures were perfect, even giving us two sessions instead of one due to a high volume of people at our location. Her personality is wonderful, and she truly has a heart for creating lifelong memories for her clients. Michelle became so much more than a photographer for us, she became a part of our family! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Michelle is so wonderful as a photographer and a human! Throughout the entire planning process, Michelle was so helpful and accommodating. She knows weddings and she knows how long things will take, and that is important when you are trying to make a timeline! We had a blast taking engagement pictures with her on Roan Mountain, and the pictures are absolutely beautiful. On our wedding day, Michelle and Brooke were so sweet to come early to photograph our details. They are a great team and kept pictures running smoothly. Michelle also helped my bridesmaids get dressed, and she sewed the tiny straps on my dress when they came undone! She is awesome and does absolutely beautiful work that I know we will cherish for many years. Great professionalism, stunning pictures-you need Michelle!

Truly we cannot say enough wonderful things about Michelle and her assistant Brooke. When I found Michelle online, I just knew I had to have her as our photographer. And I am so glad we did. Living in Korea and away from family and friends was hard for me during the wedding planning process. However, Michelle takes the time to make brides feel special with her extra touches and extra mile she goes for them. I will forever be thankful for that moment when she did that for me. I knew I didn't just "hire" a photographer, rather I gained a friend. She was always there for us thru all the timezone differences and questions. When the day finally came, the duo seriously went beyond to ensure that our day was special. Michelle captured our wedding so beautifully. Her professionalism, calmness, and love for what she does truly is inspiring as well as comforting. We had no worries the entire time we were in her hands, and we loved and appreciated her guidance, as we planned our wedding from 3 different continents! Michelle even joined the party and danced with us, which was so fun! Brooke was just as amazing, professional, helpful and calm. The duo work so well together and I will NEVER FORGET what they did for us. Thanks for making our wedding day extra special!

Michelle was absolutely amazing during our entire wedding and while planning. She was extremely accommodating for us, even when we were off schedule and running around with out heads cut off before the ceremony trying to get everything done. I am so pleased with our photographs and how they turned out. There was only two things that I were extremely important to me was my dress and my photographer. I am so happy that I chose to have Michelle because on the most important day, we got everything and more that we wanted. I can't wait to get all of my prints to hang in our home! Thank you again!!

I absolutely LOVED working with Michelle. I couldn't have asked for a better person to share my most precious memories with!!! Not only did she do my wedding photos but she did my engagement, boudoir AND when my husband proposed to me!!! I've not only found such a WONDERFUL photographer, but a life long friend!!!
