I had such a great experience working with Michele for my wedding! From our initial conversation through my wedding day, Michele was extremely communicative & easy to work with. She took our conversations & my inspiration photos & created something that was better than I could have ever imagined. Michele is truly an expert at what she does from planning to designing & everything in between. I highly recommend her for a wedding or other event!

Michele was spectacular. A breeze to work with in the planning process, Michele was responsive, professional, and organized. Michele was exceptionally flexible as our order evolved with changing circumstances, headcount, etc. as we got closer to the wedding date. She was easy to get in touch with and went out of her way to make herself available to chat with us in our limited time availabilities.  And on the day of, her execution was seamless and flawless.  Flowers and boutonnières were delivered right on time, exactly when and where she said they would be.  Other weddings in the family had issues with florals, so Michele's reliability was incredibly reassuring. 

As for the flowers themselves, they were a highlight of the wedding. Although we both love flowers, we did not come into this process with firm ideas of what our florals would look like. Michele somehow divined exactly what we wanted from our limited direction - beautiful, local, and seasonal flowers that took every aspect of our wedding to another level.  She, again seamlessly, was able to repurpose florals from ceremony to reception, minimizing waste but making everything beautiful. And she picked the perfect flowers for the bud vases on our already full reception tables, making the most of the limited space available.  

All in all, Michele was top-notch as a vendor and as a florist. We recommend her 10000%.

We got married at the candlewood inn in July 2025 with over 200 guests. Michele was the most amazing florist and vendor. The flowers were pristine and impeccable. She was patient, professional, matched our vision exactly. She met us at the venue to go over things months out has such an eye for design when I felt overwhelmed. She went way above and beyond almost as close to a wedding planner to execute our vision. Boy did she nail it. She was so flexible with all my last minute changes and add ons. Our friends even sent us pictures days later with the flowers in their homes. I cannot thank her, praise her or recommend her enough.

We just got married 5 days ago and haven't even gotten the full album of photos back but I didn't want to wait another second to review Michele. She is an absolutely outstanding vendor - amazing communication, calm presence, impressive ability to capture and execute the vision and impeccable attention to detail, not to mention so sweet and a dream of a person to be surrounded by leading up to and day of this milestone. I trusted Michele completely as I knew she had a strong handle on the vision, asked for input when she knew I'd care, and has a proven track record of impeccable execution. Walking into that room was like walking into my Pinterest board - she absolutely NAILED it and then some! She is kind, responsive, cost-transparent, and has an incredible eye for details. I'm so thrilled with the choice to use Michele Ford Floral Design for our wedding and only wish I had another occasion again soon so I could work with her again.

When searching for florists, I was looking for someone with a wide range and a beautiful vision. As soon as I found Michele, I knew I had to work with her. She was very responsive and easy to work with. When we met in person to discuss vision, I shared our color scheme and some florals I loved/didn’t love and had her run with it. What she produced exceeded all expectations. My bouquet was EXQUISITE. It cascaded downward with beautiful fall florals and greenery. My bridesmaid's bouquets were just as beautiful. She also created an arrangement for the gazebo we got married under and greenery for the tables. Everyone complimented the florals on how beautiful they were and how the colors fit perfectly within the scheme of the wedding. I will definitely be working with Michele again for any big events I throw.

We cannot recommend Michele enough. Michele was SO fabulous to work with, we interview quite a few florists before hiring Michele for our July 2023 wedding in Westport, CT and as soon as I saw her work and spoke with her I knew she was the florist for us. Michele was genuinely excited about our wedding, she expressed interest from the first call all the way through setting up day of the event. She truly brought my Pinterest board to life. Michele is so responsive and her work really speaks for itself, it is absolutely stunning. I'm looking forward to planning another event soon just so I can work with Michele again.

I recently got married at Eolia Mansion and it was super important for me to find a floral designer that has worked there. They’re not vendor and DIY friendly with their strict rules. I had reached out to another Eolia bride graduate and she recommended Michele. I’m beyond grateful that the stars aligned.


I started working with Michele well over a year in advance and my design changed a few times. Michele brainstormed with me to make sure we were on the same page and that I had the look I wanted. It went from boho chic to cottage core, and we decided on somewhere in between with coastal chic with a garden look. She was so organized! She made mood boards and power points. Two weeks before the wedding, she provided a beautiful detailed PowerPoint that included the name of exactly every flower and how she’ll design every piece. Everyone that I showed it to was so impressed.


She bent over backwards to help me work with Eolia’s strict timeline, budgeting costs, and repurposing installations. Definitely not an easy task. She truly cares about you as a person and your budget. When I contracted with her, it was the height of the inflation uptick and she assured me that she won’t increase prices as long as I don’t have any specific flower request. I only had peony as a request and thank god they’re in season for my date.


Now for the art. After telling Michele my earth tone color scheme and the general arch and bouquet design, I let her have full creative control. She did not disappoint! Everything was amazing! Especially the ceremony aisle and arch installations. The blooms she picked out were very high quality and specialty cut flowers. I received so many compliments. Even my own parents said they were mad that they couldn’t take pictures underneath the arch cause I dragged them away for family pictures right away 🤣. She decorated my cake and provided my dog flower collar without me asking! Everything she did was a Pinterest board. Pure perfection.


I would recommend her 100x times over. Her pricing is more than fair and it’s not just pricing alone. It’s everything that you get from Michele. A genuine person that truly cares about you and your special day! I know I wrote this a few times already but I can’t stress it enough.

Michele understood my vision very early on. She was so communicative throughout the planning process which I sincerely appreciated.
