The cake came out BEAUTIFUL! We only had 22 guests and they still provided 3 tiers on the cake, we got so many compliments on how impressive it looked. And equally important, the cake tasted so delicious. I am usually not a fan of wedding cakes; it always seems that you have to trade the look of the cake for the taste of it, but not with Chez Michel! We got yellow buttercream with strawberry filling and it was fantastic.

The cake was beautiful, whimsical, and scrumptious!

So many of our guests were charmed by the beach-themed look of the cake, including the shell décor and the Adirondack chair toppers. The orange cake with almond filling was a big hit; many people commented that it was the best wedding cake they had ever tasted. We agreed.

Michael loves his craft, and it shows in his style and his baking. He took the time to meet with us and for let us sample three delicious cakes. We appreciated his professionalism and artistry as a pâtissier. We are very much looking forward to thawing out the top layer of the cake to celebrate our anniversary next year!
