Please, do not use this company! Spare yourself the issues I encountered. !) they arrived an hour late for delivery and set-u,p 2) they forgot to load the main bracket for our larger tent rental, 3) No one ever came to deliver the bracket and that tent was never erected, 4) they also forgot the water goblets, table linens, and serving ware!!!! No I am not kidding. My wedding was scheduled to begin at !2 Noon, they did not deliver the rest of the stuff until 11:30 AM. Worst part is that their location is less than fifteen minutes from my venue location, which means they have NO EXCUSE for not arriving ON TIME, they could have easily went back and picked up all the missing pieces, yet they waited to send another truck/van, that "got lost" for three hours--supposedly! The owner did not offer a discount for his poor service, he said"it was human error." Needless to Say, I did not pay in full.
