Kelsey was wonderful on our wedding day. She delivered our photos in 4 weeks and we got more than included in our package. We loved them all. She did a great job. I would highly recommend her!

Unlike the rest of the reviews we have had a great experience. Kelsey was professional the day of and throughout the process. She delivered our photos within 3 weeks of our wedding date we got double the photos in our package. I loved them all. I would highly recommend her to anyone getting married soon!

Although my husband and I are very pleased with our wedding pictures we are not at all happy with the customer service we have received since our wedding in May. We were told that our pictures were being mailed to us on discs on two separate occasions (this happened over the time span of one month) and after many excuses, we still have never received them. The only reason we have our wedding pictures is because we made the 520+ mile trip home and told Kelsey we would come and pick them up. Our pictures were not on a disc like we were told they would be, they were on an SD card. This would have been fine, however there were issues with four of the pictures either do to corruption on the card (not showing them correctly or at all) or formatting, etc. Two of these pictures happen to be our favorites of just the two of us. Tomorrow will mark a week of us trying get in contact with Kelsey by leaving voicemails, text messages, Facebook messages, and by sending email asking her to please email us those pictures. She has posted on her Facebook page several times in the last week but she has yet to return any of our phone calls. She did reply to one message last Friday saying she would email our missing pictures later that evening, but she never did. Needless to say, we still do not have our missing pictures that we have already paid in full for. We are very disappointed in the extreme lack of professionalism we have been shown.

We didn't use this photographer for our wedding. But I have had similar experiences as other reviews. I booked her 4 months prior for a family photo shoot. The day of, we showed up to have her no where to be found. Turns out, she facebook messaged me 2 hours earlier saying she had to cancel...which we didn't see because we were busy getting our entire family of 5 ready for the shoot. She rescheduled the following weekend and offer to do them for free. That day she arrived right down to the minute of when we had scheduled. The backdrop was not anything spectacular despite her messaging me telling me she was so excited to do something creative for it. When I had first booked her I told her I needed the pictures by a certain day. The day came and went. I didn't get them. After messaging her several times, I got half the pictures. She very badly photo-shopped my one daughter into the picture, cutting out her curls, leaving lines along her face, and blobs of colors on her shirt. Her toes were all distorted. I messaged her if she could fix this. She never got back to me, so I had to use this horrible picture for their first bday because it was all I had. I still have not received our family photos. After messaging her several times, she has twice told me she uploaded the pictures...but she hasn't. The number on her facebook page, is disconnected, and she isn't responding to any of my other messages. I was really hoping to have some nice family photos of us while my girls are still babies....they're only getting older and I still don't know if we have good family photos of them or not.....the pictures we got of my girls by themselves turned out good. She can take a nice photo, but lacks professionalism, and obviously does not take her job serious. Which is sad, because people trust their photographer to capture these precious moments, that they will never get back...so needless to say I would NOT trust her with your special event.

While the photos are beautiful DO NOT BOOK!!! She did a great job the day of my wedding. She took charge got a lot of photos and was friendly. Everything was great - then came time to get my photos. She said she mailed them to me and after not getting them for a couple of days I contacted her to see if I could come get them. I went and got the photos. The photos were good but not all edited and there was around 300. I had a contract for 300 EDITED photos and all the photos from the day so I contacted her about getting the rest of the photos from the day. It was now next to impossible to get any kind of response. Very long story short, The photos I had were the only things she had. She deleted all the photos from my wedding. I requested some money back since she didn't hold up her end of the contract and now, surprise, I can't get her to respond to any form of communication. It is such a shame - very talented but I WOULD NEVER BOOK FOR A WEDDING! I didn't receive the services that I paid for.

I did not use this photographer for wedding photos, but we booked a First Year package (a total of 5 sessions) and had issues with 3 out of 5 of them, one of which never even happened!! We have had so many issues with Kelsey to the point that I was one day away from taking her to court (no joke!). Now that she turned off Facebook reviews on her page, I haven't found many places to leave a review. All I have to stay is steer clear of this photographer!!!! Yes, her work is great, but only when she tries. Her unprofessionalism far outweighs her talent. She makes empty promises, cancels sessions the day of with poor excuses that feel like total lies. She is the worst "business owner" I have ever dealt with. Unless you want to feel stressed on your big day, stay far away from Kelsey!!!!!!
