Metro west was very unprofessional. The driver did not greet me and did not know the locations he was bringing me. They did not return my phone calls and at one point didn't think i was going to receive service on my wedding day.

The pricing is good but the quality is not. My limo started smoking when it went up a hill. (That explains alot) Also they are not very responcive at all. Everytime I send an email I would have to follow up with a phone call a week later just to get a responce.
