Jonas at Mesa Jewelers did a wonderful job of downsizing my silver and gold bracelet! He was very knowledgeable and professional in the way he looked at the job, shared possible ways to do the job, and listened to what I wanted. Jonas competed the downsize four days faster than promised. The completed work is beautiful and now my bracelet fits me perfectly! I will definitely keep coming back!

Mesa Jewelers is a first class, family owned, local jewelry shop that has been in business for about 30 years! The store is beautiful and the owners are the ones behind the counter helping you! They are super professional and provide great customer service during our shopping experience and now after our purchase! We found the exact ring we came in looking for, bought all 3 rings for a great price with no pressure! Highly recommend!

They have beautiful jewelry and will work with you to make the jewelry you want custom. They did a great job getting us the rings we wanted and it was quickly. They also have a warranty on their jewelry which is great because I can take my rings there to get cleaned and they will fix whatever might happen to them.

There is not enough space on this website to explain in detail the MULTIPLE HORRIBLE experiences we have had with Mesa Jewelers.

All I can say is BUYER BEWARE.

The amount of time, stress and tears we have spent in dealing with this store over the past four years is sickening.

Each time we send our wedding ring in to get inspected or repaired, it comes back in worse condition than before. I have handfuls of photos to prove this over multiple occasions.

Their owner, John, has never owned the facts and denied our request for a refund on our most recent purchase - even knowing that we have spent over $6k on THREE different wedding rings through his store and only have ONE DAMAGED wedding ring to show for it.

Actually he didn't even deny our request, he sinply hung up the phone on us after 30 seconds of a very unproductive conversation. Unbelievable!!!

If you only plan on buying one wedding ring in your lifetime, or expect fair and reasonable customer service - DO. NOT. BUY. HERE.
