Hey there! I am an artist turned pastry chef, and have been creating outside the box cakes since 2012. Using my artistic talents, I work with all of my clients directly and custom design a cake unique to them. Unlike a high-volume bakery, I'm a one woman show and only take on 2-3 cakes each month, so my full focus is solely on each event. As a passionate dessert eater as well, I believe that cakes need to look great on the outside but taste even better. I make absolutely everything from scratch, and use only top-quality ingredients in the process, such as unbleached flour, Grade AA dairy products, locally-based vanilla, and free range eggs.
