After we had to postpone our larger reception due to COVID, we had to hire a new baker for our intimate, family-only ceremony in August. Everyone at Meringue was easy to work with and willing to help! The day of, the cake was delicious! We also had some gluten-free guests and they said that the gluten-free cupcakes were some of the best that they had ever had. So grateful for Meringue for making our pandemic-rearranged wedding ceremony so much better.

We had Theresa's cupcakes at a previous event last year and my husband was not picky about much of the wedding planning, but said we HAVE to have these cupcakes at our wedding. Theresa is amazing at what she does! We ordered a mix of cupcakes, gourmet filled cupcakes and mini cheesecakes. She also included a mini cake for us to cut. For cupcakes we did: strawberry shortcake; red velvet with cream cheese icing; lemon cream with fresh blueberries and Italian meringue; and chocolate with chocolate mousse, dark chocolate ganache and Italian meringue - perfect for a Summer wedding. The mini cheesecakes were a mix of plain, plain with fruit and s'mores. Our guests raved about the cupcakes - they were delicious. Theresa was great to work with , broke down the cost for us and helped us to estimate the amounts we needed. We had some leftover, but that was better than not having enough!

We highly recommend Meringue Cake Studio! Theresa was so easy to work with and very helpful in the wedding cake process. We had our cake tasting where she explained each flavor, frosting and filling and allowed us time to taste and discuss our options. Once the flavors were decided she helped make our wedding cake real! She helped us choose the right size for our guest count and drew out the design we were looking for. I even worked with her to surprise my groom with a whiskey barrel grooms cake for the rehearsal dinner! Everyone raved about the flavors and loved how detailed both cakes turned out! I plan on using Meringue Cake Studio for all my cakes and will continue to recommend to everyone!
