I can't recommend Mercedes enough! She did an absolutely fantastic job with my wedding makeup and my bridal parties' makeup. Her expertise was evident in every detail, and she made everyone look flawless. She listened to what people wanted and did exactly that. Beyond her incredible skills, she was bubbly, warm, and a delight to be around, adding to the joy of the day. Her positive energy and talent truly made us all feel and look our best. I was lucky enough to book Mercedes to do my makeup on my wedding day. Now anyone who is preparing for their wedding knows that good makeup is pretty much a HUGE part of the day because you want to feel beautiful and you want to love all of your photos and feel your best - thats a lot of pressure! My wedding was in the middle of nowhere in a teeny tiny town (im from los angeles and work with celeb makeup artists all the time) so I was really nervous about finding someone who was talented lol. Then I found Mercedes and I wish she lived in my state so I could take her with me everywhere. She is SO sweet and so kind and VERY talented, I have literally never felt more beautiful in my entire life. I wanted my makeup to feel glam but still natural feeling, and still feel like me, and it was exactly what I wanted. It didn't feel cakey or overdone, and this makeup went through the true test - RAIN. On my wedding day it POURED rain (and it was a fully outdoor wedding) and we took a ton of photos outside in the rain throughout the day, I cried happy tears through my ceremony and throughout the wedding, and at the end of the night my makeup was still FLAWLESS. I didn't even need to touch up my lipstick the entire night and we ate ramen and burgers for dinner! like what is this magic?! I can't recommend Mercedes enough. If you're lucky enough to book her, don't wait. she's the best!
