I cannot begin to describe how amazing Melissa was for us on our wedding day. Not only did she make us feel comfortable and supported as she photographed our big day but she went above and beyond when we had a couple snags. My wedding dress hadn’t been fully tailored and she found four straight pins in the underskirt. She didn’t hesitate with two of my bridesmaids to lend a hand and stitch the areas the pins were holding in place. She and her photographer Marc were beyond kind and made us feel so comfortable and supported the entire day. I can’t wait to see the final pictures. Thank you!!!

I have known Melissa and her daughter since I was in Kindergarten, but her photography skills are so amazing. She has done not only my senior photos but of course, our engagement photos and wedding photos. She was very professional with the whole thing and very flexible with times and dates, especially for the engagement photos. My advice is to contact her far enough ahead to lock in your date as she contracted with us for six hours and most likely only photographs one event a day.

Melissa was the photographer that we got as part of our wedding at Villa de Amore in Temecula so I did not have to pay her separately. Our experience with her was just ok. We did our engagement shoot which went well but I am somewhat disappointed in how she was on our wedding day. She insisted on some cheesy shots that really weren't our style. Per her request, we had given her a list of the family members we wanted photos with and in what groups, but she kept pushing us on the day of our wedding to do more of these photos and in different groups than we'd said- totally disrespecting how much family dynamics play into those careful decisions. She then flew through the photos we had requested and those group ones didn't turn out very well- she didn't take the time or enough shots of each group to make sure she 'got a good one.' She also said a few personally hurtful things to members of our wedding party about how they looked or how they were posing- it lacked tact. Overall, we have some very nice photos from that day- but nothing that I am super impressed by or feel is unique or thoughtful on her part. Having her as our photographer is probably the one thing I would have changed about my wedding day.
