Mekela was absolutely amazing! She brought such a calming yet fun energy to the big day, complete with a fantastic playlist. Being an out-of-state bride meant no trial, but Mekela was incredibly patient on the wedding day itself. She welcomed my feedback and expertly adjusted both hair and makeup until it was exactly what I'd dreamed of. I felt so beautiful, and she never once made me feel bad about requesting changes.

Her touch-up services were a lifesaver! It was a hot 98 degrees, and we had a first look plus portraits all over downtown Sacramento. My hair struggles to hold a curl and I was sweating like no other, so having her there for touch-ups was invaluable. She effortlessly transitioned from our hotel suite to the venue's bridal suite, keeping my hair and makeup flawless from first look to ceremony to reception.

She also did hair for 6 of my girls and make up for 3, and got through everyone with great timing and they all had unique yet cohesive looks.
