The place was beautiful, and we got some gorgeous pictures. The owners were so helpful in setting up and tearing down but were very strict about hours for setup and clean up which put some pressure on our wedding prep team. In general, we had a good experience and I wish that we had been able to take advantage of the suites that are also offered at this location.

Beautiful venue; the site is gorgeous and great for photos, however, the bed and breakfast was lacking in professionalism and hospitality. I verified three times we could have the reception in the outer (upper) courtyard. During the first few songs, Mr. Brannon (the owner) came out and tested the noise level right in front of the speakers (their conditional use permit states 8') and made us move the reception to the inner courtyard. All of the tables, decoration, bartender, chairs, etc. had to be moved!! Unprofessional and unexpected. There's a million better ways a business should be run.
