Jason Meador is an amazing chef! He catered our rehearsal dinner and reception for my wedding in April. The food was absolutely wonderful! We had a choice of chicken piccata or baked ziti, caesar salad, brushetta as an appetizer, steamed broccoli, and banana pudding for dessert for the rehearsal dinner. The food was so flavorful and delicious! For the reception we had marinated mediterranean chicken, smoked pork shoulder, mashed potatoes, and green beans amandine. People are still talking about how good the food was!
He and his wife work together to prepare the food. They are a great team! He and his wife decorated for the rehearsal dinner and cut our cake for the reception. His wife Amber is a great person to work with, she was so professional and courteous when serving the food to my guests while Jason was arranging the plates. Speaking of presentation, the food looked so beautifully arranged that it was almost a crime to eat it! I was so pleased with how everything turned out! I can't wait to hire Jason as a personal chef for a special occasion, his food is worth every penny!
