Jeremy was an amazing addition to our wedding. His talent as a musician and a DJ definitely added to the awesomeness of our special day. He played guitar during our ceremony, and many guests commented on how cool that was. Once the reception started, he kept the party going with a fun and well-organized playlist. The party was still going hard when our contracted time was up for the evening, and Jeremy was kind enough to stay for another hour and a half. From our initial meeting with him, we knew that he was a perfect fit for our wedding. His passion and enthusiasm shines through on making your day a success. Jeremy was fantastic to work with from the first moment we met him. His enthusiasm was clear from the very beginning. We had intentions of meeting with other DJs but after meeting Jeremy, we did not need to do so. He is very professional, organized, and truly loves what he does for a living.

In addition to serving as our MC and DJ, Jeremy also provided music for our ceremony and played the guitar to accompany our soloist. The song we asked him to play was new to him but he was very excited to learn. He was very flexible and easy to work with.

Working with Jeremy was such a great experience. He is a total professional, as well as a fun loving guy. He respected our specific musical preferences, while incorporating his intuitive and creative input. His music catalogue is more than extensive, and his equipment is beyond top notch. The owner of our venue had strict volume regulations, which we were a bit nervous about, but Jeremy completely catered to their (and our) needs, and the entire thing went off without a hitch! Jeremy did all the music for our April wedding in Albuquerque, NM a few years ago. We had considered going the iPod route to manage the music ourselves, but fortunately went with Jeremy instead! It turns out there is A LOT more to it than just plugging in & letting it go. In fact, we went to a friend's wedding after ours who went with an iPod instead of DJ & the levels were off all night with some songs being way too loud & others not loud enough. Unfortunately there were even times when their system went out entirely. The poor bride looked so defeated after it happened the 3rd time!

Not only was his suit great (Versace?), but his professionalism & delivery-of-service was amazing! I have no idea what equipment he uses, but it sounded incredible! Jeremy played music before & after the ceremony while guests milled around & managed to keep the sound clear enough so you could enjoy the songs, but at a low enough level that it didn't disrupt any conversations. Again, the quality was excellent & really impressive for a windy afternoon outdoors.

Somehow Jeremy packed up his gear from the ceremony & was ready at the reception site before all the guests arrived. Again he managed to keep it loud enough for everyone to hear & enjoy but not so loud that you couldn't find a comfortable place to talk. I'm sure this was a difficult venue as it was 75% outdoors, 25% indoors, had mountains on one side & a valley on the other. The wind was an extra obstacle for sure, but Jeremy kept the levels adjusted to accommodate all this & keep the energy high and fun! Additionally, he helped keep the timing of everything on track, including photo ops, speeches, cake cutting & the dance party, which was more helpful than I can tell you!

Jeremy's dedication to making your event amazing is obvious with everything he does. He was agreeable, cooperative & is an expert in his field. I whole-heatedly recommend MDH Entertainment & plan to hire them again at my next big event.

I highly recommend this DJ, Jeremy Spillen. There are not enough words to describe our amazing experience in January. He is extremely professional and made planning the reception so easy. I was so unbelievably comfortable telling him what I wanted and having him arrange it all. Everything was perfect! He was timely, efficient, and knew exactly what everyone wanted to hear. Throughout the night, I bounced merrily around the room mingling with friends and family. Each time I came upon a new group, they commented on how much they loved Jeremy's song selection and were so impressed with him. He had everyone getting down on the dance floor! We were thrilled to have Jeremy Spillen as our DJ and will definitely being using him for all of our future events.

Planning a wedding reception can be stressful. For me, the music was one of the most difficult parts - do we do it ourselves? do we have a friend do it? do we hire a dj? I think we've all had some less than ideal experiences at other folks parties or receptions that can make getting a DJ scary. Thankfully, when you sign Jeremy at MDH up for your event, you can stop sweating. He is the most professional, easy-to-work-with, knowledgable DJ I've ever met. Everything was flawless, he was in total control and the guests loved it. On the fly, we asked for an extra 30 minutes since the dance floor was still packed - no problem. He rocked us until we couldn't rock any more.

Jeremy at MDH Entertainment is a top notch guitarist, DJ, and music teacher. Jeremy was the DJ and guitarist at my sister’s wedding in 2007. He provided the musical accompaniment for the ceremony and cocktail hour, and had the whole party dancing for hours at the reception. He did a fantastic job. I began taking guitar lessons from him in 2008 at age 30. I had not played an instrument since quitting the drums in junior high band, but he guided me through all of the basics of the instrument with a deft hand. Jeremy brought out the player in me with his keen ability to relate his extensive knowledge in a relaxed and fun way. I’m now a competent intermediate to advanced player with a musical understanding that I did not think possible. I look forward to spending time learning from him every week.

Jeremy, owner of MDH Entertainment was our DJ at our wedding this past September in Keystone, Colorado. Jeremy was extremely professional from start to finish. Initially, he came to our house, at our request, so that we could interview him. Jeremy arrived in a suit and tie with laptop and binder in hand. After speaking with Jeremy, we knew we’d found our DJ.

Jeremy was not familiar with our venue so not only did he speak to the venue’s coordinator several times, but he also drove up to Keystone a few days before the wedding to ensure a smooth ceremony and reception. The drive was almost 2 hours and was not expected. This showed us how professional he was and also how kind and considerate he was. He wanted to make certain our day was perfect.

During the ceremony Jeremy did a fantastic job with the timing of the music, it was spot on. The lapel mic our officiant used was perfect along with the mic stand we used for a reading. During our cocktail hour, he played songs of his choice based on the genre we selected. The music was great. His equipment was strategically placed as to not get in the way and the sound was phenomenal. During the reception, our guests danced nonstop for 3-4 hours. Needless to say, he kept the party going. Also, we did not plan for a bouquet toss, but we changed our minds so he squeezed that in with no problem. Jeremy also has a really neat lighting system, which truly made for an excellent party, and cool photos.

We hired Jeremy for our wedding ceremony and it turned out beautifully. I had given Jeremy two songs to learn and he played them flawlessly. He was on time and set up way before the action started. He looked professional and tidy.
