We worked with Rocky Mountain Weddings and had DJ Ryan for our wedding on September 27th, 2025 at Ski Tip Lodge in Keystone, Colorado, and we could not have asked for a better experience.

From start to finish, DJ Ryan went above and beyond. He wasn’t just a DJ pressing play. He performed like a true professional. His transitions between songs were seamless, his timing during the ceremony was perfect, and he kept the dance floor packed all night long! He was incredibly communicative throughout the entire day, constantly checking in to make sure we were happy and that everything flowed perfectly.

Ryan was also an amazing MC, keeping the evening smooth and on schedule without ever making it feel rushed. Leading up to the big day, he was just as organized and thoughtful. His planning process was detailed and easy, and he made sure he understood exactly what we wanted (and didn’t want).

Our guests couldn’t stop talking about him. Several even asked for his info because they were so impressed! The energy he brought to every part of the day, from the ceremony to cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing, was exactly the tone we had hoped for. One of our favorite moments was how he introduced us before our first dance; he made it feel truly magical and unforgettable.

My husband was worried about finding a DJ who really felt like us, and the second we talked to DJ Carbon, we knew we were set. He was knowledgeable, organized, and completely on top of everything — I never had to worry for a second. He nailed the timing of every song, had microphones ready for everyone who needed them, and kept the night flowing seamlessly. Kevin was an excellent DJ! He was an awesome communicator leading up to the wedding which made us feel super comfortable with him. He arrived early to the venue to make sure he met with everyone and was totally prepared. The audio was perfect during the ceremony thanks to the microphones he provided and the adjustments he made for the outdoors mountain setting. Everyone loved the music choices he made and he made sure to make our reception a hit! All of our wishes were paid attention to and everyone had a great time! Absolutely recommend!

We hired DJ Carbon for our wedding and everything was absolutely perfect! Music is a huge part of our life so we needed to find a DJ would would suit our music tastes - note, we enjoy stuff outside of the norm. After our first intro we knew these guys would be the ones. Ryan DJ'd our big day and nailed down all music from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the party. A big concern of mine was how the sound would travel throughout our venue. We got married in a large outdoor venue and music needed to be played in multiple locations. The equipment sounded amazing! It was clear and loud enough to be heard in each space. We also booked the light package which really brought the party. I would highly recommend DJ Carbon & his team!! Professional, friendly & fun!!

Rocky Mountain Weddings by DJ Carbon were just what my what my wife and I were looking for and really made the vibe of the night. We came across them at the Rocky Mountain Bridal Show earlier this year and really took to their friendly and professional demeanor right away. We were at the bridal show specifically looking for a DJ for our wedding day. We spoke with Ryan and Kevin that day and really appreciated how down to earth they both were. We really felt like they were knowledgeable in how to make the event special, while not making the evening feel like a cookie cutter event for them. After having a follow up phone screen with them we decided to move forward and ended up working with Ryan for our wedding. Ryan really did an amazing job keeping the evening flowing and the dance floor moving when it came time. We had conveyed both of our musical tastes to Ryan via their questionnaire and a few playlists we had put together, but really let Ryan dictate the music for the evening. He did an amazing job, not just taking music from our playlists but seeing what we liked and creating dance floor that adhered to our tastes but was beyond what we had shared with them. These guys really know music and how to create the vibe you want. If you are looking for something more than just a Top 40's dance floor and generic wedding DJ, you should definitely look to Rocky Mountain Weddings for your event.

DJ Carbon is a phenomenal person that we had DJ for our wedding. He is a superb communicator and has a wealth of knowledge regarding speaker set-up, audio quality, and has a lot of state-of-the-art equipment (including speakers, lights) to make your event amazing! DJ Carbon provided the songs and microphones for our wedding ceremony and helped make the ceremony run smoothly and brilliantly. He is kind and makes you feel like a valued client. His DJ skills and ability to cross-fade songs are strong. I would 100% work with DJ Carbon again as he is an expert in this area - I highly recommend DJ Carbon for your wedding or large event!

DJ Carbon was easy to work with, responsive, and everything from the ceremony to the reception went so smoothly. We even had rain and had to change location at the last minute and all went well. DJ Carbon seamlessly put together a set list that aligned with our requests and got everyone on the dance floor - friends, parents, aunts/uncles, family, and little kids! Kevin was great! Knew what to do as an emcee and was a great DJ as well. Many of my guests were telling me how great the music was. Also, when a question needed to be asked, he came to find me and promptly get the info he needed without having to pull me away from guests
