Melody played the harp for our wedding ceremony (prelude and postlude music included). She was amazing! Such a sweet person, too. She can play any style of music- sends a CD full of assorted music samples to help you decide. It was only a few weeks from my wedding when I hired her, but she was more than accommodating. The music was exactly what we wanted and flowed so nicely. After the ceremony she stayed and moved the harp under the archway so that we could have some beautiful pictures taken beside it, without us even asking! Even the photographer commented on what a nice person she was.

Melody was easy to work with. She provided sound for our minister and a stand for our reader. We were so pleased with her talent. The music provided a beautiful atmosphere for our outdoor wedding. Thanks Melody!

I had a destination wedding in Palm Coast, Florida at Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, so I basically planned it all from my computer. I knew I wanted a Harpist but had no idea where to start. Melody's name came up pretty quickly after I googled harpist for that area. After speaking with her and listening to her talent on her website, http://mbmtalents.com/, I quickly became at ease. She is a professional with loads of experience. Any question I had that didn't even relate to her service, she was able to answer. What a blessing! I also had no idea what music I wanted where in my ceremony; I was able to talk to her and with her expertise, we were able to plan the best list of music. I always wanted a harpist for an event, but never thought I would be able to have one, especially one who is so talented. Beautiful player and woman. We used MbMTalents' cellist for our wedding ceremony. I played the cello from a young age so I have a special fondness for it. Our cellist did a great job! Everyone really enjoyed listening to him play. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a cellist for thier ceremony! Though we didn't use Melody (Harpist) we did have the pleasure of hearing her play when we were looking into wedding venues. Her playing was beautiful and I'd also recommend her to anyone looking for a harpist! MbmTalent were very efficient and always responsive to any question we had throughout our planning process!

When I first talked to Melody to book her for our wedding, she was very nice and helped me figure out all I needed in order to book her for my wedding. Well, when it came to 3 weeks out from the wedding, she began to seem bothered when I would text or call her about certain songs to be played during the processional. She had given me a sheet that we had to fill out detailing all the songs to be played but when I gave her that, she got bothered and said that only 3 songs are needed. Well, we were finally able to figure out the songs for the wedding.

The big day arrived. Mind you, I'm from Chicago, and the wedding is in Florida. So we never met each other or anything prior to the wedding. So you would think it'd be a courtesy to introduce yourself before the wedding starts and say, "hey, I'm Melody". But she never introduced herself or anything. Well, we lined up for the processional and that's when I finally saw her. But to my surprise, she was set up in the very back and not in the front of the ceremony part where she was supposed to be. And to top it off, she brought a small amplifier that we could barely hear the harp during the ceremony.

After the ceremony, she didn't thank us for having her, never congratulated us or anything. Instead, while taking pictures, I saw her just pack up and leave.

That was very unprofessional and definitely not what I paid for.
