Matt and team did an amazing job of capturing our special day and making two people who aren’t super comfortable in front of the camera feel at ease. Many of the final photos have the editorial feel we were going for, and he and his assisting photographer picked out the best spots around our venue to make that happen! Delivery of the wedding album was super quick too — surprisingly so! We worked with Matt for our engagement session too which was also great. Would definitely recommend!

Matt’s professionalism, price, and output of work are unparalleled. We had him for our June 4th wedding and rehearsal dinner and cannot recommend him enough for anyone looking to be blown away by their event photos.

From purely a photography perspective, if it’s not obvious from the portfolio on his website, his photos are amazing - they are the perfect combination of artistic but at the same time capturing all the moments you’d want him to. The detail shown in his photos captures everything beautifully, and my favorite part is how excited he is when he gets a good shot - I had confidence in his ability from the start to do an amazing job, and he did not disappoint.

From a professionalism perspective, Matt was extremely easy to get a hold of, willing and receptive to any changes or needs we had, and kind and fun to be around at every point in the journey. At no point did I feel like Matt didn’t understand what we were asking for, and he was extremely flexible when last minute changes were made. His prices were extremely reasonable for the output of work that he generates, and he was so quick with the turnaround of our finished product but every photo was still professionally edited and finalized. As a bridge trying to stay on top of everything going on, not having to worry about the quality of work that our photographer was going to give us was an amazing feeling. Not to mention, he was on time and always around when we needed him.

My husband and I cannot recommend Matt enough for the work that he did for us, and plan to use him for any future events requiring his services because he was just that good.

We hired Matt for our beach wedding this past June. All I can say is he was one of our favorite vendors we hired! Matt is amazing as what he does and is also extremely professional, friendly, and easy to work with. My husband isn't the best as posing for photos, and Matt made is so easy and natural. We did an engagement session on the beach in September and it was the windiest and coldest day of the month. The entire time my hair was blowing around and I was shivering. Somehow Matt managed to capture the most beautiful photos, and you never would have guessed it was such a gloomy day. We highly recommend working with Matt - you won't regret it!

Hiring Matt to be our wedding photographer was hands down the best decision we made. Matt is so incredibly talented, kind, and professional. He put us completely at ease during each shoot (we did an engagement shoot with him as well, which we'd highly recommend!) and spending time with Matt honestly felt like hanging out with a friend (he's seriously just a super cool person!). Matt is such a fantastic person. He kept the entire process stress free and easy. The whole day felt so natural with him there. He has such a talent for capturing spontaneous moments without tons of posing. He is also super quick to give you a preview of your wedding photos. We woke up the next morning to a bunch of beautiful pictures to view!!
Matt's wife, Liz (RoseTreeCalligraphy), also does beautiful calligraphy work. We had her write our letters to each other on our wedding day and they were absolutely stunning.

Matt is the ABSOLUTE BOMB. Bomb human. Bomb photographer. Matt took our engagement photos on the coldest day of Fall 2017 and was the easiest person to work with. My fiance and I have never been photographed before and were nervous we'd be super awk and that it would show in the photos, but no, Matt gave us plenty of direction and made us feel super comfortable. Next order of business is the quality of pictures we received back. HOLY MOLY is Matt gifted. Not to toot my own horn, but i swear the pictures look like they could be in a magazine. I have a large dislike for engagement/wedding pictures that look cheesy and over-posed and Matt provided us the exact opposite. My fiance and I looked relaxed, happy, natural and madly in love with one another! And OMG what Matt is able to do with natural light is no short of amazing! Book this guy now because he is going to BLOW UP in 2018!
