I am shocked to see two bad reviews for
Masters because Wes hit it out of the park at our wedding! Perfectly cooked fish for 160 people is no easy task I'm sure, but everyone is still raving about the Cajun Halibut three days after our wedding. Staff was amazing as well and price was very reasonable!

Wes was laid back and calm through all of our menu changes. He was wonderful to work with and our wedding guests were raving about the beer battered halibut and flank steak at the wedding reception! Masters Catering delivered quality and professional service with a pleasant attitude.

Wes and his team were amazing! I can't say enough about their great customer service and the phenomenal quality of food.

Wes was very easy to work with. His laid-back yet extremely professional attitude was a nice quality for keeping the process stress-free. His crew arrived on time and ran a very self contained operation, perfect for venues that have limited kitchen access.

THE FOOD! We had guest after guest coming up to us after dinner telling us that they had just enjoyed the best meal they'd had in ages. Not just wedding meal, the best meal PERIOD. Wes does not mess around with his cooking, he's the real deal. We had a handful of guests with Celiac, so we notified Wes of this and he was quick to offer menu suggestions that he could prepare GF. He even grilled up a second batch of steaks that were kept separate from those that had marinade on them so our GF guests could enjoy that menu option without worry. Wes also prepared appetizers to be served during cocktail hour. The delicious apps were put out and ready to be enjoyed by our guests right after the ceremony ended.
