I dropped my dress off with, admittedly, tons of time to spare. I explained that I was trying to stay under budget and they worked with me without complaint. They said it would be about 2 weeks considering their workload but ended up being five days! The dress looks beautiful, they tailored it, made a bustle, and pressed it, and they were wonderful about telling me how to manage putting it on so I could give instructions to my MOH.

I waited about 3-4 weeks before my wedding to get my dress altered (stupid I know!) I called her because I used for my sisters wedding. She was skeptical to take it so close but did it and I was thankful. I brought the dress in 3 days later and her and her daughter pined it where it was needed. She said it would be ready 10 days before the wedding after 1. I live 2 hours away so I drove on the day she said to pick it up and it wasnt ready. I was upset because I didnt live there. She told me a bride from Texas brought her dress in earlier that day in tears because it was ruined and she thought she was more of a priority than me. She should of called and told, but she didnt. I came back the next day and it was ready. It was beautiful and they did a great job. The price was amazing for what I had done. Steaming it was an excessive charge but worth it. I would go to her again!
