Working with Mary for our wedding was such a dream! First, we had a engagement shoot with her. I did my make-up trial on the day of, but it turned out horribly, so my expectations for these pictures were very low. But Mary did such an incredible job, the pictures captured our relationship so perfectly, and the slideshow she sent us was just so beautiful and brought tears to my eyes. I knew we had chosen the right photographer! On the actual wedding day, Mary was calm, professional and unobtrusive, barely directed or posed us, and yet she managed to capture SO MANY beautiful moments as if she had spent hours staging us. Every photo is so lovely and beautiful and captures so much emotion. We sent a lot of our photos to our guests, and everyone loved their photos so much! I also appreciated that Mary took our pandemic precautions seriously and was very easy to work with and communicate with. I think she also offers incredible value for her work. Although we did not end up getting the album, the web files were still a great quality, so I definitely recommend getting the keepsake album! Between that and the engagement photos, she offers an incredible deal. Finally, she is just a wonderful human being and was just a pleasure to work with. I'm so happy we were lucky enough to find her!

We were lucky enough to find Mary to shoot our wedding in St. Helena a month ago. She was amazing. Leading up to the date she was very responsive and made planning everything so easy and stress-free. The day of the wedding was fantastic. Mary and her assistant were fun and easy to work with, and kept us all at ease. All this would be nice, but wouldn't matter if the pictures weren't great, however her work blew us away. The pictures were fantastic and we have looked at them over and over again since we received them. She captured the day perfectly and we will always remember how great our day was when we look at the pictures. We have a few friends getting married soon and we recommended Mary to them. Mary was amazing. She did our engagement photos and our wedding and we couldn't be happier with the results. She was a joy to work with. Her professionalism and calm demeanor made everything a breeze through the whole process of working with her. on top of everything she brought an awesome second shooter with her (Thanks you Maricio for lying in the poison oak to take pictures of us). Mary's photography was unbelievable. Not only was she fun to work with, she managed to capture the essence of the day/evening with her shots. There was so much emotion behind the shots and the video she put together for us literally told a story of the wedding. She was professional, fun, down to earth, easy to work with and she created photographs that will help us relive our magical day forever. The other thing about Mary, which seems to be untrue of many photographers that I've seen at other weddings, is that she wasn't in your face or annoying...she managed to capture photos in this inconspicuous way. I can't recommend Mary highly enough. She is absolutely fantastic!!!!

Mary is a simply wonderful person to work with -- she is friendly, relaxed and easy to talk with. But even more importantly, she has a fantastic eye for scenery, composition and lighting. We have so many photos from our engagement and wedding shoot that we like that it is hard to decide which to print and frame! She works well with groups -- both our families and our bridal party -- and her compositions and arrangement of people are lovely, you end up with a photo that both captures each person and also is interesting to look at as a whole. And thankfully she does all of this intuitively, since I wouldn't have even known what to ask for during the photos. I would highly recommend Mary to any bride.

From the very start, Mary was incredibly friendly, organized and professional, always quick to text, email and call to answer questions. I'm so glad I took her advice and did an engagement session -- It gave us time to get to know Mary and feel comfortable having her around snapping photos. (All while learning to be natural and not deer-in-headlights) So when it came time for our wedding, Mary felt like an old friend. She was never got up in our faces. And when we got our photos back, we kept wondering "How in the world did she get that shot? I didn't even know she was there!"

We were so happy with Mary's work from beginning to end. She was reliable and very easy to work with. Mary made us all feel so comfortable in front of the camera. I was amazed at how she managed to get every shot, every combination of people without being in our faces or taking over our special day. We love that we have a mix of black and white and color photos and how the pictures actually look and feel like us but better! We were so excited to get the slideshow and then the awesome album.
