Upon booking our wedding at The Cabins on Strawberry Hill, we were given a list of recommended photographers. My wife was immediately drawn to Marquette’s style and aesthetic and we couldn’t be happier that she’s who we ended up going with. Marquette is extremely detail oriented in the best way and put so much thought into everything she captured. She sent us multiple surveys in the months leading up to our wedding in order to get every possible detail sorted out, making sure everything we wanted was accounted for. Come the day of the wedding, Marquette and her secondary photographer, Mikaela, were on top of everything. Prior to our first looks, Mikaela split off with my groomsman and I while Marquette went with my wife and her bridesmaids. They were both so extremely helpful and kind and made everyone feel so comfortable, making our photos feel so natural and full of life and joy. When we last minute presented the idea of a photo dash, they hopped on it and quickly put one together that allowed us to make sure we got a photo with every one of our guests. We hired Marquette LaRee for our engagement and wedding photos. She's seriously amazing! Her use of lighting is incredible. Every shot she took made us look like celebrities. From the engagement shoot to the big day, she just knew how to capture those perfect moments. I'm not usually one to brag but sweet fancy Moses, she made us look GOOD. I loved having Marquette as our photographer. I always thought a professional photographer was overrated, that all they did was take a few photos and leave. Boy was I wrong!! I had seen photos she did and thought they were really nice quality. Not only were they amazing quality working with Marquette was awesome! She is super friendly and very considerate! She would ask what we wanted and take our ideas and turn them into something better. She didn’t skimp on photos ever, every single activity there were photos for. Marquette is AMAZING! My biggest issue on my wedding day was stress, which I’m sure is the case for most brides. Marquette totally eliminated my pre-first look jitters, and made the day feel effortless. She guided me through everything and knew exactly what she was doing. The first photo I saw, I was actually SHOCKED at how good they looked. She did such an amazing job. Marquette was the photographer for a wedding I had the pleasure of doing the brides makeup for. I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email with a full gallery of the wedding photos to share! The photos were beautiful and she made sure to capture shots highlighting the bride's makeup too! Highly recommend her to get the most amazing photos for your wedding.

I loved having Marquette do our photos!! She is so much fun and VERY good at what she does! She gets anything you want and more. She is very organized and on time for everything. She makes the entire wedding experience less stressful, especially because she is calm and collected the entire process. She is good at not making anything awkward. She also does very well at making you look fantastic in all the pictures! She takes multiple shots to get the best one as well. I am so happy we went with Marquette! She is fast and efficient! We got our pictures super fast after all our sessions and the wedding. We were super grateful for this experience, and would definitely have her photograph us again!!

Marquette was the perfect fit for me. She completely eliminates the uncomfortableness of taking photos. She isn’t bossy or critical of anything you do while taking photos, but she does have a plan and gives great directions to get the best end products...which she surprised us with and sent over to be at our reception just two days later. The full gallery was available much sooner than expected as well. She knew when she was taking what pictures and where in order to make the best use of our time and to keep us from overheating in the summer AZ sun. She also found the perfect lighting at the right times for us. My wedding pictures are the perfect mixture of timeless, fun, natural, silly, beautiful, and a couple of them are even a tiny bit sexy. ;) She changed the time to better fit with our schedule near the day of the event and gave great wedding advice before and after the photos. She is the absolute sweetest, nicest photographer I’ve ever worked with and I am so glad we chose her to photograph our wedding.
