Working with Margarita was so easy! She has many suggestions and is willing to work with you with anything you want her to do. With your wedding day being so busy it was great to see all the pictures because there were things that you may have missed throughout the day but Margarita captures it all! Ana and her co-photographer did a fabulous job. #1, and most important--the pictures were lovely. We got married in a tent (we hoped for outdoors) on the coldest wettest October day in recent memory (according to the weather service, Arlington hadn't been that cold in October in hundred years, and it was raining for two days prior to our day of rain). So there were a LOT of light challenges for the photographers. We had told them to please not use flashes during the ceremony, but given how funereally dark it was inside, Ana asked if they could use flashes, and they did and they were so professional and so unobtrusive that we didn't even notice them. The photos of the wedding itself were gorgeous. The reception photos and bridal party photos were very good as well. The only thing that didn't go well, and this is a very minor point, is that something went wrong during the reception, so that our group photos didn't happen until long after we announced them. I don't think this was Ana's fault, but she might have been able to take charge of the situation and keep us on schedule better, by overruling the planner or something. I was in a daze, of happiness, so I don't know. Again, my overall evaluation is superb. There are simply NO photos that are missing, and the ones we have are great. So many people have told me our pictures were great, too. She's a genius at the small detail photography, the rings, the flowers, what not. Oh, and the dance photos she got during the reception were wild and wonderful too. Lots of funky moments captured. Also, she drove out to meet with us, even before we signed, and we were impressed from the start with her demeanor. Very professional. Her second photographer was also quite good. We got a very reasonable price for two photogs. We shopped around a bit, and the value we got from Ana was stellar. If we could give her six stars for cost, we would. We recommend her absolutely. Oh, the pics ended up on a lovely webpage, too, for all to see. I was a little disappointed with the high cost of the prints compared to other people's weddings when we purchased photos of ourselves at the reception, but she provided us with hi-res copies for our own use. So it is a bit steep for our friends to buy pics of themselves at the wedding, but hey, that's the breaks.

Ana did a great job with our wedding. She was very nice and was open to all my photo opp ideas.

Ana was just a great person to work with and someone I could rely upon--before, during, and after the wedding. I hit it off with Ana right away?initially I had a good conversation with her on the phone with her about her style. Then, we met in person to get to know each other and to discuss the specific types of photo shots we would like. She was also very responsive. My husband and I got married in the Spring, which we found out is a very busy season, and we noticed that other vendors were sometimes slow to respond to our questions or requests--not Ana. She was very prompt in returning phone calls and/or emails--in fact she was our most responsive vendor. In addition, she was very flexible and accommodating with our needs. Ana came with another photographer and together we had them for 5 hours, including pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception. They were on time and blended right in, I didn't even notice them during the ceremony. There are fun photos capturing the day?s events. We would've liked a few more formal wedding shots, but because we talked a lot about candids that might've been something I needed to communicate more clearly. Overall, we are happy with the photo collection and we received a lot of great photos all on a DVD only a week after the wedding! Finally, Ana also worked to make it an affordable package for us. In brief, she was great, the price was fantastic, and the photos were good. Thank you, Ana!
