Margaret went above and beyond to provide hair and makeup services for my engagement session, tea ceremony and rehearsal dinner, and wedding day. Beyond being incredibly talented and truly thoughtful about what she does, she is also a genuinely kind person. We spent a lot of time together during my trial and events and it was such a fun experience! She also provides a comprehensive beauty guide, including skincare recommendations, and I can honestly say my face has never looked better.

She worked closely with me to decide on a hairstyle, even when I was all over the place and kept changing my mind on the style I wanted for my wedding. I had to change my services due to COVID-travel restrictions not allowing my husband’s sister to attend, and she worked with me to come up with a solution. When a fairly traumatic event happened the week of the wedding that changed our plans for hair and makeup, she was flexible up until the minute-of and her main priority was creating a stress-free environment for us.

I opted in for her Beauty Concierge services and it was hands down one of the best decisions I made. The day of my wedding was 100% humidity with a high chance of rain and having her there to touch up my hair and makeup (and my bridesmaids and husband’s shiny face!) was irreplaceable. She completely re-curled my hair before the ceremony after I spent hours outside taking photos and made sure I looked my best for one of the most important moments of my life. Unrelated to hair and makeup, I got married at the Swan House, which required waiting inside a house before walking down numerous stairs in front of everyone in a massive ballgown and heels and when I started to panic, Margaret was right there to calm me down and hype me up.

I put my trust in Margaret for one of the most important weekends of my life and recommend that everyone else do the same!

Margaret is a DREAM makeup and hair artist! She is detail oriented, accommodating, talented, experienced and makes sure to listen to you when explaining how you want your hair and makeup to look. She is so kind and loving and truly just wants her clients to be happy for their big day! She made me feel absolutely beautiful for my engagement pictures and for my wedding! Margaret was an absolute joy to work with! I was working within a short time frame to plan our wedding and having trouble finding makeup artists that were available in our short time frame (engaged in November 2016, married in April 2017). I wanted to hire a makeup artist to do makeup for my two bridesmaids. My main makeup artist (for the bride) was unable to do their makeup due to time constraints. I contacted Margaret and she was available and flexible to help. She was great on all of her communications, for making payments, and showed up timely the day of. Margaret's personality is so pleasant and helped create a very stress free environment when getting ready the day of. My bridesmaids absolutely loved their makeup and felt so beautiful the day of.

Margaret is a miracle worker! She creates a natural and gorgeous bridal look. I didn't feel like I had makeup caked on my face but I still felt incredible. Margaret is a true artist and helped me discover what look I actually wanted on my wedding day. I also cannot rave enough about how amazing Margaret was with my hair. I have fine blonde hair and told her I wanted a classic look with my hair pulled back off my face. Margaret ran with that little information and maid my hair look full and it lasted all day. I felt like I belonged on a red carpet!
