I would not recommend Mancuso Limo to anyone. We were told we were getting a limo bus and ended up with a Surburban. Not a big deal until we got into the limo and there was no AC and the radio didn't work unless you kept your hand up to the cord. The limo driver also got lost multiple times (had a GPS but instead of using it or asking us for directions just kept playing with the buttons) He even picked us up an hour late, cutting our photo session in half drastically... Extremely disappointed with them.

Hidie from Mancuso’s limo called me the day before the wedding to confirm our reservation and the pink limo. The day of the wedding a different limo company showed up. Apparently they contract with mancuso’s when they over book. The limo was so gross smelled of stale cigerettes and had burn marks. I emailed the manager while on my honeymoon with the compliments and said I would follow up with a phone call. I called when we got back and they never called me back!! Terrible service.

I used them for a event prior and they ever great!! But a few weeks later I booked them for my wedding. It is a 95 degree day and the limo shows up and the driver tells me that the AC does not work!!! There is 12 people getting into this limo. The driver tells us she didn't know the AC didn't work until she was almost to our house, and there wasn't enough time for her to go back and get new limo. We had no choice but to get into this HOT limo.
