My experience with this makeup artist was deeply disappointing from a business and professionalism standpoint. Although her makeup skills may be excellent, none of that matters when the way she handles clients is this unprofessional.

I was asked to send a deposit before receiving or signing any contract. When the contract was eventually emailed days later, it was never signed by anyone, yet she still insisted on enforcing terms I never agreed to. When I reached out and clearly stated that I believed no contract had been signed, she simply ignored the message.

My wedding was ultimately canceled due to logistical reasons, and no services were provided in the end, but she still refused to return the deposit, relying on a policy from an unsigned contract that held no agreement from either side. This is not how a respectable or trustworthy business operates.

Future clients should be aware of how payments and contracts are handled here. Even great artistry cannot make up for poor communication, unprofessional conduct, and a refusal to act fairly.
