I got married in October of 2018 and started the wedding planning almost in June! One of the most important vendors that I needed to find and book was my make-up artist. I’m originally from NYC and currently living in NJ and I was having such a hard time finding someone that would make me look amazing but still “me” on my special day. I was searching Wedding Wire, Google and NJ MUA – but none of the pictures or even the reviews that I saw got me excited. Maybe I was just being overly picky but then again why shouldn’t I be? I’m getting married. After reaching out to a few individuals for pricing and for trials, I found her on NJ MUA --- Yoscary. I was hesitant at first. But I am so glad that I went for a trial. Not only is she up and coming; dedicated and passionate about her craft but she is also an amazing individual. Very professional, down to earth and delivers exactly what you want. She is raw talent and I know she will continue to evolve, grow and excel in what she loves to do most. Now let’s go back to me being overly picky ---- I am a perfectionist who overthinks and overanalyzes everything. Looking back, I know I made the right decision in choosing her as my make artist. Even after my wedding I booked her again for an event I was attending and I know it will not be my last. I HIGHLY recommend her. If you’re looking for plain make-up, that will leave you looking simply pretty, then she’s not for you. But if you’re looking to look like a red carpet Diva then Yoscary is the way to go. On my wedding day JLO had nothing on me. Yoscary, you rock. Thank you.

I am so happy that I booked Yoscary for my wedding day. She is professional, talented, and has a great personality. Prior to my wedding day, I messaged her a lot with questions, and she answered right away and made me feel at ease. Yoscary and her assistant did such an amazing make up job on everyone the day of my wedding. She is excellent with all different ages (76 year old women all the way down to 3 years old). I also had a lash lift & tint done with Yoscary, and I loved it. Yoscary has not seen the last of me :)

Yoscary is an amazing artist and perfectionist! We did two sessions prior to my wedding to help me decide on a look. She understood exactly what I was going for and executed it beautifully on my wedding day. She also provided make-up service for my mother and the entire bridal party. Used Makeup by Yoscary to do makeup for my wedding...she offered traditional makeup as well as airbrushing, and her prices are competitive when I compared her to other vendors. She's very knowledgeable, very personable, and includes you in the process of creating your ideal look. I definitely would recommend her. Trusting someone to make you look perfect for your wedding day is a big deal. When I contacted Yoscary for my bridal makeup, I immediately felt confident that I should have no worries about the outcome. Her skills are impeccable! I loved every aspect of my bridal makeup & so did my girls! To top it off, she’s great to work with & such a sweetheart!

I had a horrible experience with yoscary at a makeup trial. First of all she was 10 mins late n it was at her house. I felt her putting eyeliner on my lower inner lid above the lashes and asked her to stop bc it would bother my contacts. She said it would look weird n continued. She said that weddings stress her out sometimes. I thought the last thing I need on my wedding day is a stressed out mua! Before the trial I showed her a photo and described that I didn't like dark shadow towards the center of the eye, and she did exactly what I asked her not to do. The lipstick was crooked and she blamed me n said that it was because when she asked me to put my lips together I moved them back n forth. I don't think that would make the lipstick higher on one side unless I moved my lips crookedly. She also did smoky eyeliner and I didn't like it and she wouldn't change it. When I gave her the reason of the eyeliner I had asked her not to do bothering my contacts all day she did apologize that it didn't work out but she wouldn't take responsibility and blamed me for not telling her ahead of time. I got home and my fiancé honestly thought I had a black eye. He hated it n said he could barely see my eyes. I showed it to a few friends n they thought the eyes looked too hard and it was almost a punk rock look which is not what I was going for.
