Bridal Makeup By Meli is based out of Clinton Township, NJ, in Hunterdon County, and provides on-location makeup services for your special day along with all other special events designed to bring a calm and seamless experience to wherever you are.

Makeup services include both traditional and airbrush makeup application based on your personal preference along with false lashes if desired. Whether you are looking for something natural or a more dramatic look--everything is created with intention and executed to fulfill your vision of perfection.

Absolutely Perfect!

Meli was absolutely incredible. From the very first interaction, she was attentive, thoughtful and extremely communicative. It was so important to me that I still felt like me and looked like I normally would - just enhanced. I did not want over-the-top glam, nor did I want to feel like my face was heavy or weighed down. We did my trial about 11 months before the wedding and knew there were a few tweaks we wanted to make. I then had Meli do my bridal shower makeup and the look was absolutely perfect. The wedding day just completely blew me away. She's thorough, yet efficient and extremely thoughtful with her notes and timing. She listens to your needs and talks through different options. I wish I could give her 10 stars!! Can't say enough good things about her! :)

Fantastic!

Meli did an absolutely amazing job on my makeup! First and foremost - Meli was so kind and welcoming in the days leading up to and including my wedding day. At my makeup trial, I truly felt at ease with Meli's kind demeanor and top-notch expertise. She understood the assignment - kept the makeup natural but still made me standout for my special day. Meli was more than accommodating with changes in my party. The makeup was beautiful - it held the entire night, through rain and humidity - with no touch ups needed. She worked wonderfully with adjacent staff as well.

Thank you, Meli!

Meli was the makeup artist for our wedding in March 2026. She did the makeup of the bride, three mothers, and three bridesmaids for the wedding. Finding a makeup artist as one of the most difficult parts of wedding planning for me, but I am so glad I found Meli. She is knowledgeable, communicative, and efficient. It was important to me to use some of my own products, and Meli accommodated this and went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable and showing me every product she was using on me, and took feedback perfectly after my trial. My makeup didn’t require a single touch up (but she made sure I was prepared in case I needed one) and lasted all night! Thank you, Meli!

The best mua!

Meli was an expert communciator! So kind and professional. She is an outstanding makeup artist. She did my wedding makeup and I loved it. I was amazed I needed no touch-ups all night. Meli was always flexible and understanding with every decision and every change. Working with her was so much fun and always put me at ease. I would recommend her to anyone and I can't wait to use her services for other important moments in my life!

Stunning work and so affordable!

The best part of hiring Meli was how efficient she was! It only took her ~30 minutes per bridesmaid, so that meant the makeup for 7 bridesmaids + bride was done in less than 3 hours. Most weddings I have been in, we had to start hair and makeup at the crack of dawn…. I was grateful for a full night’s sleep before my wedding day and my bridesmaids were overjoyed that we didn’t need to start until 10am, and still finished in plenty of time for photos. Meli catered to everyone’s requests and everyone looked amazing. Everyone in my bridal party is of different ethnicities (I am half Asian myself) and she was proficient with all skin tones and features. She was very accommodating and we never felt rushed, she took my feedback as we went along and gave me the exact look I was hoping for. I got many compliments on my wedding day. 10/10 would recommend Meli

Wonderful Makeup Artist in Central NJ

I decided last minute to have a small NJ wedding on 12:22/24 before my destination wedding in February, I called Meli in October and booked her right away. Not only was she professional and easy to work with, but we became friendly right away and I knew I’d want to work with her. I had a fun experience at the makeup trial and my makeup lasted all day. I have very sensitive skin and eyes and the lashes and products she used did not bother me at all. She came to my house on my wedding day and was quick and it came out exactly as I wanted. She is a thoughtful person and followed up with me before the wedding and very punctual and kind. I would highly recommend her to do your bridal makeup or any other special occasion needs like your shower!

5 Stars! Give Meli A Call

I cannot recommend Meli enough! From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive and even suggested a hairdresser she occasionally collaborates with—the equally amazing Rose Renda. Together, they truly were my dream team! Meli worked her magic on my makeup for me, two moms, and five bridesmaids, while Rose created stunning hairstyles for all of us.

During our first consultation, Meli took the time to truly understand my vision and offered expert advice to ensure I looked and felt my absolute best.

On the wedding day, both Meli and Rose brought such calm, positive energy that made the morning feel extra special. Meli’s makeup skills are absolutely unmatched—she perfectly enhanced my natural beauty while making sure everything stayed flawless through happy tears, hours of dancing, and the entire celebration. I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you for the incredible looks you created for my wedding events. You completely surpassed my expectations and brought such creativity and talent to each look, making me feel like the most beautiful version of myself.

Bridal Makeup By Meli was Marvelous!

I was new to the Flemington area and I was in search of a makeup artist to do my makeup for a family wedding. Of several vendors that I contacted via email, only Meli responded immediately and was eager to help me out. I contacted her several months before this wedding, but we communicated right up until the actual wedding date about my makeup needs and arrangements. She did such a wonderful job and I got many compliments about my makeup. I highly recommend Meli—she is very personable and professional. Should I have the need to have my makeup done in the future, she is will definitely be the person I go to!
