Madison did a great job with my make up for my baby shower. She was very attentive to what works for my skin and what doesn’t. She was very creative with her inspiration and I wish I would have used her for my wedding.

Madison was an incredible makeup artist on my wedding day! She wrote down everything we did at the trial and was ready to recreate the look we worked on together (and I loved) a couple months before. Leading up to it, we coordinated the timeline, including the time I was getting my hair done. She guided me to get my hair done first so that my makeup application was fresher.

Like most brides, I was feeling quite stressed on my wedding day, but she helped calm me down as I sat in her big comfy glam chair and she reassured me. There was a lot of rain and humidity, which was unlike the day we did the trial. The products pilled more than expected along my chin, but Madison was able to think on her feet to address the issue quickly. Once she diagnosed the issue and fixed it, it my makeup looked flawless and like nothing had ever happened. Once she was done, my makeup looked just like our trial! She continued to address the unexpected, as I had a blemish that came up on my arm leading up to the big day. Madison had makeup ready to cover it up for me!

Madison is incredibly thoughtful and proactive, as she had made a touch up kit to keep with me throughout the day. I genuinely did not need to use it because it lasted ALL DAY. It lasted through tears, sweat, and dancing all night. We even had “afters” and everyone was still complimenting how flawless my makeup looked at 1 AM (despite no touch ups).

From trial to the big day, I cannot recommend Madison enough to any bride or anyone who wants a glam for any occasion.

Madi is just the absolute most amazing person ever. I worked with her for a few months to make sure everything was as smooth as possible for my wedding day. She was so sweet during the entire process and so spot on with the looks. Not to mention the most organized ever! I would recommend her a million times over. ❤️❤️

I just did my wedding makeup trial with Madi and would recommend her to any bride! From the start, her communication was incredible. Before my trial, she made sure to ask my skin type and if I have any skin issues. I also sent over reference pictures and my preferences for what I was going for. Before we started, she prepped my skin and lips with my combination skin, dry lips, and sensitive skin in mind. As she did my makeup, she explained what she was doing and how it matched the photos I sent her. When I wasn’t sure about something, she made recommendations based on what she thought would suit me best. Every time, her recs complimented me (skin type, skin color, undertones, face shape, eye shape, etc.) perfectly! Because I was curious, she explained to me what she was doing and the effect it would have.

We got to know each other during the trial, and I learned that she has a background in art. She uses her background on color theory and painting/drawing on canvases to makeup artistry, which shows in her work! Madi was able to identify products in her kit and techniques that would work best for me, like my skin tone, eyes, and face shape.

I wasn’t sure what color I wanted for my lips, so she took the time to try many lip liner, lipstick, and gloss combos. Madi cares that you are comfortable and love the way you look! When everything was complete, she gave me the option to add more shading or highlight anywhere. I opted to add some more shimmer to my lids and inner corner. She makes sure that each look is customized to you!

Once the look was complete, she allowed me to look at myself in different lighting (direct sunlight, indirect sunlight, indoor lighting, etc.) She even gave recommendations on the best lighting to have flattering photographs taken!

I am writing this review after I have been wearing the makeup all day, and the techniques and products she used to keep it in place worked! She already gave me guidance on having my own lip product to reapply throughout the day. In addition, Madison provided a summary after our appointment about how to prep my skin and lips before my big day to optimize the makeup based on my needs. We checked in over text to see how I felt after wearing the make-up all day, and if any issues came up. One of them was oiliness of my nose, but she reassured me that she would provide a touch-up kit for the day of to combat this!

In summary, Madi is a talented make-up artist who will make you feel beautiful on your big day. She will answer any questions you have and provide professional guidance. The value of the service for cost is incredible. I would recommend her to any of my close friends and family!
