My bridal party ran late and rushed while getting everything else done, but Katie was extremely professional and understanding in getting us all ready before we had to run out the door. Throughout the whole process, she took care of each individual requests without issues. She was extremely attentive in matching us, and worked to understand what each of us were looking for. We were all extremely satisfied with the final looks and they lasts all night without issues.
