What can say about Majestic Linens....... absolutely amazing. I had the most beautiful wedding thanks to them. From the ceremony to the reception all my expectations were met and even exceeded! From the hoopa outside with the hanging chandelier to the entire reception room draped it was so beautiful. The linens were perfect, the uplighting made the room, and backdrop with lights behind the sweetheart table were so romantic. The crystal trees were exquisite. I cant say enough things to even remotely come close to how beautiful our wedding was! I would use them above everyone else time and time again!

Majestic linens did a wonderful job providing linens and chair covers for our wedding in May. We had a meeting with Vivian to discuss our options and Vivian offered suggestions to make our tables and chairs look fabulous. Vivian was also able to accommodate last minute add-ons to our linen request. She was also very affordable! If you are getting married in Galveston, I would highly recommend checking out Majestic Linens.

Vivian was awesome - met with us to decide on linen and chair coverings for our reception at the San Luis Resort in Galveston and ended up coming in with the best pricing for draping the entire ballroom as well. The linens were lovely and the draping transformed the room completely - it looked like a fairy tale! So many ppl complimented the space and it was largely due to Majestic's setup.

Majestic Linens and Vivian helped make my reception BEAUTIFUL! I loved all the linens especially the sequin tablecloths selected for the sweetheart and cake tables. I know everyone thinks linens are an unnecessary cost but Vivian helped show me why I needed them at my wedding. They helped give my reception the added elegance that it needed. I would highly recommend Majestic Linens to anyone looking for quality linens!

I hired majestic linens and was completely upset with the customer service i received from Vivian. Vivian was VERY rude and not nice at all. I am so disappointed in the way she acted for my wedding. She was not professional at all! For someone who is in the wedding business she needs to learn kindness. I was late by 10 minutes because our keys got locked in the car. When I arrived she had her arms crossed and was completely ugly. I apologized and told her what happen and she still was mean and not understanding. She will loose a lot of business if she continues to treat people the way she treated my mother and I.
I asked for white napkins more than 50 of them were ivory and was VERY noticeably different. Also many napkins had stains on them. The table linens were good and I have nothing negative to say about them.
All In all I will never use this company again. Take my advice.... Hire a vendor that enjoys their job and is kind and will want to work with you to make your vision successful!! It was very apparent she doesn’t enjoy her job or does not know how to give good customer service. I have talked with several other people that have used her and all have said she is unfriendly and acts poorly.
