I knew when my daughter said she was getting married we would need a wedding coordinator. We have a large spread out family. She's not afraid to stand tall when needed and makes sure everyone is clear in their expectations and responsibilities As we all know, bringing together a lot of family members can also bring family difficulties. We had a couple of uncomfortable situations that Maya quickly swept in and managed to perfection. She is very flexible, compassionate, patient and creative. She helped us pull off a small wedding of about 30 people that was originally scheduled for about 250 people. We had to pare down during the height of covid-19 and she handled it all in stride. Maya is also coordinating our larger wedding next year, she's already got the ball rolling and we have zero worries.

Hiring Maya as my day-of coordinator was the best thing I did! I had been stressing for months about wedding details, but after my first meeting with Maya, I finally felt excited and at ease! She communicated with me regularly prior to the big day and helped me plan all the little details. I especially appreciated her organization and excellent communication, both with myself and with the other vendors.
