This bridal shop is incredible. They are professional and patient with the bride and bridal party. They were timely and flexible. Their prices are fair and alterations were spot on.

I was iffy about stopping in at first upon finding a review stating they were out of date on the dresses and rude...WOW I am so glad I chanced it first off the gowns were beautiful, Norma the woman who found my dress for me is wonderful she found my perfect dress on try 2, I honestly didn't want to even look at another dress. My dress is Mary's brand it is $2400 on the website, I paid $798 at Magic Moments. They offer layaway there so it wasn't a big chunk and I didn't have to get a store card. I put $50 down (supposed to be $100 but I had to wait for paycheck that week) then I paid a little each week for 6 months (the deadline). Now this dress is a size 6, I however need a little smaller then a 00 so the dress had to be altered I got this done here by Linda, the alteration cost me $80 total for everything. My mother found her dress here along with her rehearsal dinner outfit, my aunt who is marrying me also got her dress her as well. And all 5 of my bridesmaids are getting altered here. The store may be a little smaller then others but it has just as much as the bigger stores and in my opinion they are way friendly here.

Magic Moments is a great value for the price, and their staff are friendly, accommodating, and helpful. My gown had an unusual hem, in addition to the traditional/usual alterations, which were all performed to perfection. The only hiccup was a bridesmaids' dress was ordered and had not arrived as of a week before the wedding. But the staff worked miracles and not only did the dress arrive but alterations were completed with time to spare.

This place is small, however, they are more friendly and helpful to a bride than the bigger stores.

We used Magic Moments to rent tuxes for the men. We had a few hiccups from the beginning of the process, starting with failure to place the order for the groom's try-on tuxedo. Then when it did arrive, it was the wrong color. Several of the groomsmen had trouble ordering because of communication errors on the part of Jim's Formal (the corporation the tuxes were rented through). Most of the men also had ill-fitting tuxes once they arrived. All the kinks were handled, but seems like an inordinate amount of them to have had to deal with in the first place.
