Calm, proactive coordination that kept everything running smoothly

Working with Lydia Greenway was one of the most valuable parts of our wedding. I am very detail focused and came in with a clear plan, yet she still found gaps and solved problems before they could happen. She stayed calm, positive, and steady the entire time. That energy matters on a wedding day. She kept everything on track without making anything feel rigid or stressful. You could tell she genuinely cared about making the day smooth for us and for our families. If you want someone who is organized, proactive, and easy to trust, Lydia is the one.

Lydia is the best coordinator!

Lydia is the BEST wedding coordinator out there. She did my sister’s wedding as well as one of my bridesmaids wedding. I knew when it was my turn that we needed Lydia to be involved. She did great helping us make important decisions for our big day. She helped our day flow seamlessly and it really allowed us to focus on each other and enjoy the day. Lydia is amazing

I cannot say enough good things about Lydia! We really hit the jackpot when hiring her as our coordinator! She was there every step of the way. Always quick to respond and answer any questions I had. She handled everything so well and made the entire process of wedding planning so smooth and not stressful at all. She truly made all our wedding dreams come true and I could not have asked for a better process. She is passionate and determined and puts everything she has into making sure the big day is exactly how you envisioned. I cannot recommend her enough!

Lydia was amazing!

Lydia was so helpful throughout our whole wedding planning process! She did more than I ever expected as a day of coordinator. She made everything run smoothly and her presence was so calming on our special day. It was the best decision to hire Lydia as our day of coordinator and I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator!

Lydia is outstanding!!

If there’s one person to hire for your wedding day, please let it be Lydia! As someone who is very “type A” and worried about every little detail, I can assure you that Lydia is exactly the same. She’s graceful, incredibly kind, a lover of the Lord, VERY organized, timely, & thinks of details that you would never think of! She helped me plan our wedding for over a year. The day finally came, and everything was PERFECTLY. If something went wrong, I have no idea about it! She communicates very well with the bride and groom, bridal party, all vendors, and family. She’s simply the best. Don’t cheap out on a wedding planner - hire Lydia for any event needs!

Lydia is the BEST!!!

Lydia is the absolute best!!!! Not only did she help me with selecting vendors leading up to the wedding, but she created our day of timeline & coordinated when each vendor should show up the day of! Because of her, our day went SO smoothly!! I was not stressed at all and I would 1000% hire her 100x over! Our guests were raving at how great our wedding went and it’s all because of Lydia!!
