We had a small event with 16 people and Willie kept the party going! He really made our day super fun! I am so grateful he could be there on our special day!

I have been a professional bridal consultant for 14 years and have coordinated weddings in four states and two foreign countries. I have never been more impressed by any DJ than Willie Lugo. By any measure, he rates 100%. I hired him for my own daughter's wedding and people are still saying it was the best wedding they attended in their entire lives. He knows how to read a crowd and determine what will work and what will not work to keep people dancing, interacting and having fun. He can do "elegant"; "wild and crazy", "laid back" or any style you want. His equipment is of the highest grade. I cannot say enough about this man's talent. If you're looking for a DJ who will have 98% of your guests dancing ALL NIGHT LONG, call this man right now because he is the best DJ I have ever seen at a wedding! Seriously! I am still having guests text me saying how it was the best wedding they've ever been too! I was super particular with my music; we had a beach themed wedding, which meant we didn't want any elevator music playing during the cocktail hour or dinner. Plus we have a younger crowd mixed with some aunts and uncles and grandparents. How do you manage to have a Caribbean-vacation vibe while still pleasing the party animals, the classic rockers, the slim shady's from Detroit, and everything in between? You hire DJ Willie Lugo. He is an expert in his craft. The light show, the setup, the music videos, the slideshow he played during dinner, everything was perfection! He did a fantastic job and he will be the ONLY DJ I hire for future events.

If I could give a ++ I would. Can this man throw a party!!! He was amazing, kept our guest on the dance floor all night. He followed our choices on music and added some great choices. He was professional, sweet, exciting, amazing, fantastic, fun, energetic...i could go on describing what a wonderful job he did. Our night was fantastic and we got compliments all night about the DJ. My family and friends are still raving about our DJ. That's right...he's our DJ. If you want someone professional yet FUN! Willie Lugo is the way to go!!!!

Willie met with me a few months prior to the wedding to discuss intial plans for the entertainment. A couple of weeks prior we met to go over specifics. He is very flexible in requests. I let him know all of the elements that needed to be addressed during the reception (i.e. brides dance, father/daughter dance, mother/son dance, cutting of the cake, etc.) and told him to go with the flow of the reception re: placement. He programmed the elements perfectly into the reception so that the party continually flowed without any silence or lags in energy. In addition, he supplied the music for our wedding as well. The flow from the wedding into the reception was flawless. I'd recommend DJ Willie 100% for any DJ needs. He's wonderful and very easy to work with. Thanks, Willie!

Willie was assigned to me at random (Disney weddings don't let you choose your exact vendor, you just tell them your preferences and they assign). I was unsure about Willie but he ended up MAKING my evening! I gave him a fairly thorough list of songs and special dances, which he stuck to impeccably but then threw in a few amazing additions that really enhanced the night. I had a wedding of ~100, and I would say that at any given moment, 80% of people were dancing! He really knew how to get the crowd involved and keep the bride and groom as the center of attention. Can't say enough about this awesome DJ!!!

I had them for my Disney wedding, so I didn't really have an option. Music was great, but I emailed him a few times and didn't get response back in a timely manner. I changed my father daughter dance song and he played the wrong one. Overall good music, but wish there was better communication before hand.
