I recently did a wedding at an oceanfront home here in Hilton Head. I was truly impressed with the dinner selections on the buffet. EXCELLENT!! The highlight for me was tasting the cake. I usually pass on the wedding cake, as I am very particular about food. This chocolate cake with a light white icing was the best I have tasted since my Italian grandmother's amazing baked goods. Lori is a delight and her whole team made the evening a surprising delight! Thank you, Lori!! Can't wait to do another wedding with Low Country Kitchen!!
