We decided to go with a restaurant for our rehearsal dinner, and Louie's was a wonderful choice! The food was great, and the staff was very accommodating when our numbers grew last minute as we included extra family members. One of the staff members even came in and sang a Frank Sinatra song to my fiancé and I!

Since I was not required to hire a caterer from my reception site, I chose to hire a local restaurant to do my hot foods. Along with the food, I hired a server from the restaurant to set up and serve the food.

I served fettuccini , lasagna, bread and salad. The food was fantastic! All my guests enjoyed the food and complimented on how great it was! Since it was the type of food people like, everybody found something great to eat! The server did a great job serving the food to the guests and keeping everything warm and stocked full. She even bagged all the leftovers up for me to take home!

I am very happy to say I was able to serve a full dinner to my 120 guests for less then $1500 (including the server)! When I checked into local catering companies it was going to be around $2000 just for appetizers.

Lou was very flexible and taylored my food to exactly how I wanted it. I was very pleased and will use them for every other big event I need!
