Hired Joel for our wedding, and out of the 6 weddings we've been to in the past several years (including our own) he was hands down the best DJ/MC. Very happy with our decision to go with him. Joel worked with us to ensure timelines were correct, asked us questions we hadn't thought of yet, and helped curate and go through our personal playlists to get the best playlist we could. At one point in the night he got out on the dancefloor with us with the mic, going around letting us all sing parts of "Don't Stop Believin'" together and we had an absolute blast. If you listened closely he was even singing along to other songs at points in the night. You could tell he was having a good time too. We had several people ask who our DJ was so they could consider booking him too.
Worth noting that he can only help you achieve your dream reception if you do your part by filling out your forms thoroughly/properly which he sent reminders to help us do, and enjoying your time at the party. He has a lot of recommendations and helpful advice.

Joel with Loud Lion Live Entertainment was absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding! From the very first consultation call we had with him, we could tell he was the person we wanted to work with. One of my questions for him during that first call was if I provide a list of music and songs that I want to hear, will you use that or will you play your own mixes and playlists that you typically use? He said the more information I provide him with the better. I made a playlist with more songs than could be played in one night and Joel used my playlist exclusively. He even played a not common song from our playlist that is special to my husband and I, which was one of the highlights of our night! His professionalism and self-awareness was great too. He moved out from behind the DJ booth during our first dance as it was centered behind where we were being photographed and videoed, so everything captured from that moment only has us in them. I also requested the music be played at a moderate volume all night so people could still have conversations with each other without yelling, which he did perfectly (my ears have been blasted at other weddings I have attended and did not want the same experience for my guests). My husband and I got married on December 29th 2023 at The Castle at Wildwood Gardens in Waco GA. Joel had us fill out a form then called us to make sure about our choices. He also had a timeline to fill out. He stayed on time, was very enthusiastic, and kept our crowd pumped the WHOLE night. I told him to start off with the soft music and as the older guests started to leave to hit the harder music. We were having so much fun the older people stayed all night. It was an amazing night. It has been two week and people are still talking about how much fun they had.
