Farrell was super nice and very accommodating. My friend went to pick up our flowers (bridal bouquet, 5 boutonnieres, and 2 corsages) the day before our wedding and she was little early so Farrell wasn’t quite ready yet. She offered to deliver the flowers to my venue later that day which was so nice. My bouquet was absolutely gorgeous—I had explained to Farrell what I liked, but left the final decisions up to her…. The result was a very organic, natural, greenery-forward piece that was exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Farrell at Lou’s Flower World!

The flowers were affordable and gorgeous!!

Working in a creative industry I wanted to do the majority of floral arranging. Lou's was very helpful in providing information pertaining to pricing and quantities needed for my DIY flower projects (my friends and I did all of my table arrangements as well as the arbor). However, although I knew exactly what I wanted my bouquet to look like, I was not confident I had the ability to create it so that project was left to the professionals at Lou's. They were very helpful and accommodating our budget and allowed me to email a photo for inspiration and created lovely bouquets for my bridesmaids and myself. The staff at Lou's are extremely friendly and very helpful and informative. I highly recommend their services!

I only ordered one bouquet for myself, but it was amazing. I was not crazy about greens in my wedding bouquet, but they adjusted it right away. I would order the exact bouquet at Lous Flower World, if I would have to plan my wedding again. Pictures help them put it together. Dream big and you won't be disappointed!

The flower arrangements that Lou's provided were gorgeous. They have package deals for the wedding party that were the best deals in Wilmington NC. The ladies there met with me to determine the type of flowers that I wanted and were very flexible in adding items to my list. They also called to confirm the flowers I wanted the week before the wedding. Thank you to Lou's for making my wedding day so special!

I could not have asked for a better florist. The flowers were exactly what I wanted and were beautiful. The day after the wedding they still look the same as when I picked them up. They were easy to deal with and the staff was friendly and responsive. Ms. Suzie was awesome to work with. Some of my flowers were painted and you would never know they were painted they look natural and the color was perfect.

Communicate what you want to the florist and you will get it! Christy did a great job!

WOW!! Horrible experience!!!! Do not ever purchase anything from here. The owners do not check their emails, take your money, send a confirmation email saying when your order will arrive then do not deliver. I asked for a refund, the owner got upset and HUNG UP the phone. Apparently "NO ONE WORKS ON SUNDAY HERE!" (yelled at me) SO they take your money and do not refund you. DO NOT ORDER HERE. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. To make matters worse it was an active duty american military man trying to surprise his wife. They are an unpatrotic business who will take your money and not give it back.
The lady passed the phone to a man she named Aaron. He's the one who yelled at me over the phone and hung up. NO REFUND. Aaron D. Lou does not know how to run a business or treat PAYING (already paid) customers. Since I already paid he doesn't care, and has my money and will not give it back. Hopefully no one else will fall into Aaron's trap of a business. Instead of apologizing and trying to work with me over the phone, he decided to yell at me and hang up. Just sharing my experience so others will know who their dealing with when they speak with Aaron D. Lou.
