This review is nearly 5 years late, but that should tell you how amazing this company is - that I still wanted to leave a review 5 years later. Early February 2020, I got engaged to my now husband and we knew we wanted to get married in a place that was really special to us: the North Shore. Of course, we all know that COVID hit shortly after. However, we had already started planning for our wedding that we were going to have in October. London Road Rental was SO helpful before COVID hit and were still very helpful not knowing how long this was all going to last (remember, they told us we just needed to be isolated for a few weeks at first...). We were still able to plan a very intimate small wedding that followed COVID protocols and the London Road Rental crew made a very uncertain time feel less stressful. They were on top of everything and put up with all of my questions and concerns. The day we actually got married, it was unusually cold for October. We had already ordered a heater for our tent, but the London Road Rental crew knew that would not be enough and they let us use an industrial heater at no extra cost. Their set up/take down crew were so punctual and professional. Matt was key in getting this all organized and his patience and understanding was so appreciated. We are just so thankful for their hard work and professionalism. If they could help us pull off a wonderful event flawlessly during a pandemic, rest assured, they will take care of you. Everything was done within our budget and it turned out beautifully.

I was hesitant after reading the previous review but I rented a bounce house and tent for my sons birthday party and everything went perfectly. They delivered and setup and removed everything when the party was completed. I learned that Zack Ludtke the previous manager has been removed from the company and I think this may have been part of the problem in the past.

We ordered chairs and decor from London road rental for our outdoor wedding in Duluth. Payment was made in full, and we received confirmation email with directions of when to pick up decor. We got there around 4pm (within the allotted time slot) to pick up our rental items, only to find that they had decided to close two hours early. They never called us to tell us this. We called and our call was never returned. These were rental items for a wedding, which the rental company was aware of. All of our guests (including the elderly) had to stand during our entire ceremony. Plus we were out the money and we were never refunded.
