We had our son’s birthday party here, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience.

From our first conversation, communication was easy and straightforward. They were quick to answer our questions, explained everything clearly, and we always knew what to expect. Planning a party can be stressful, and exhausting, but they made the whole process feel easy.

The property is even more beautiful in person. It’s such a peaceful, gorgeous setting, and there were so many perfect spots for pictures. Our guests kept commenting on how gorgeous everything was, and even now people still bring up what a beautiful place it is and how much fun their kids enjoyed themselves.

The best part, though, was seeing how much fun the kids had. They were smiling, laughing, and playing the entire time. As parents, that’s really all you can ask for. Everyone left happy, and our son is still talking about his party.

We were also pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the pricing was. It’s hard to find a venue that’s both affordable and so well cared for, and we truly felt like we got great value.

Looking back, this was one of the easiest and most enjoyable events we’ve ever hosted. Everything came together exactly the way we hoped, and we never felt like just another booking. We felt welcomed from the start.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place. We’re so grateful for such a wonderful experience, and we’d absolutely come back again.

I had the privilege of assisting a bridal party of a wedding here and it was such a beautiful event! The venue itself was gorgeous, tucked away on land, full of trees and even a beautiful sunset! It was very clean, had multiple options for the ceremony, reception area looked newly constructed and the owners were a delight to work with. They were attentive, accommodating, professional and you could tell took great pride and joy in their space and events. Overall experience was excellent!

My family and I attended a type of family reunion at Lodgepole Pines. We called it a Hillbilly Party. It was so much fun. The owners of the venue made the party so much fun with suggested games and competitions. The dance floor was a huge hit, we were sweating to the hits all night.

Our son was married at Lodgepole Pines. The whole event, from planning to when we drove away afterwards was seamless and beautiful. The owners were helpful with suggestions and support for any and all ideas the bride and groom had for their special day. This day is a memory that we will hold in our hearts for the rest of our lives.

The retirement party we had, there was awesome.It went off.Well, the accommodations were perfect.And it was a lot of fun.And a very nice place, highly recommended

Since we didn’t want a Sunday wedding or a 2 year engagement, our options for venues were surprisingly limited. However, none of that mattered because Lodgepole Pines was the PERFECT place to host our best day ever. Tamie and Kyle were so easy to work with and did everything they could to make our day a dream. The location is woodsy and romantic, and doesn’t look like every other Spokane wedding venue! We couldn’t have made a better choice!!!

Clean comfortable venue that is adding to it's decor continually to provide each party with a customized event place. They offer a great price, all you have to do is compare other venues to find this out!

We reached out in May 2026 with our desired date, September 2027, to schedule a tour. It took several days to hear back and understand they did mention they had been busy which we understand. We were told a tour couldn't be arranged until June. When they responded, we let them know mid-June worked for us and shared, at their request, a description of our vision for the day: a relaxed, outdoorsy, low-key celebration with close family and friends, more of a 'forever celebration' than a traditional formal wedding. At no point during this exchange did they mention any conflict with our date.
We followed up in June as agreed, and it took another week to hear back. Only then were we told that the owners' family had suddenly planned a trip for that same weekend, over a year out in September 2027, despite our having given them that exact date back in May with no issue raised. We asked if they could recommend any other venues, hoping they might also offer another available date of their own. We never heard back. No alternative date, no recommendation, no further reply at all.
Given that the date had already been on the table for a month with no concerns raised, the sudden appearance of a conflict right after we followed up, combined with the complete silence afterward, left us with the impression that they simply didn't want to host a wedding like ours. We can't say for certain whether our vision for a 'forever celebration,' rather than a more traditional wedding, played a role, but the overall experience left us with a strong sense of unprofessionalism and disappointment. My fiance and I have lived in this area for a little over a year, hoping to find a venue we truly loved for our wedding, and we regret putting so much time and energy into reaching out to this couple.
We went back and forth on whether to leave a review at all, since we were never actually hosted here. But we felt it was worth sharing our experience from the very beginning of the process, so other couples know what to expect before reaching out. Communication was slow and ultimately incomplete throughout. Others may have a different experience with them, but ours left us disappointed. If you're considering this venue, have a backup plan ready.
