Serena was great to work with. She was responsive with emails and communication. She was helpful in providing options for my makeup and explaining what each makeup feature would do to enhance my look. When I had doubts, she was very understanding. Serena also had a calming presence as she did my makeup and hair, which is great because the Big Day can be stressful. Also, my hair and makeup stayed on the whole day and I did not need any touchups even though Serena provided me with a touchup kit. I received compliments from everyone once they saw me, including my husband to be. The hair and makeup looked great in the photos.

Serena did an amazing job on my hair style for my sister's wedding. I gave Serena a reference photo of a loose side fishtail braid and she nailed it to a T! I got compliments on it all night. I would definitely recommend Serena for special occasions.
