My fiance and I bought my wedding band at Littman. After visiting several other jewelers and finding pushy salespeople and expensive prices, we found the perfect band on sale. It is a beautiful contour band that matches my ring perfectly, and my ring was purchased elsewhere. The salesman was very nice and all the gentlemen there knew their stuff. They offered to polish my engagement ring to match the shine of the new band. My band was ready less than a week from purchase (sizing). Very nice experience and very classy employees.

They had a pretty average selection for wedding bands, but that was fine for use because we just wanted simple bands anyway. My husband ordered a simple titanium band and I chose a white gold one. We had a pretty average experience working with Littman.

I worked with the Littman in the Christiana Mall in DE. I found their selection to be a bit more traditional and organized, vs the other jewelers being very pushy on "in fashion" and "exclusive" items. While working with them they were flexible on pricing and worked with me on trades to get me where I needed to be to purchase her ring. The sales person helping me however failed to understand the stores own trade policy, and quoted me a trade value based on the original value of the trade and not the sale price it was purchased at. 3 other associates, including a manager all looked at the receipts on 3 separate occasions to answer her questions and NONE of them pointed out her mistake and in fact confirmed her misinformation. When it came time to ring everything up, the very same manager looked at the transaction and then said "Im not paying him that much for that ring, you give him the trade on the sale price, not the original price." My problem was not with the policy as it was written, but the fact that HE HIMSELF, and every other staff member involved over the two weeks, ALL confirmed a much higher trade value, and now, standing at the counter with credit card in hand, my price would rocket up almost $1k because of THEIR mistake in estimating the entire sale. I felt it was unprofessional to bait a customer into a sale that they may be able to afford and then yank the rug out from under them and tell them its now X amount higher and its their problem. When you spend weeks working with them to set up a perfect ring, at a price you are already stretching to afford, then they do that, it really leaves you in a bind. The manager was completely unapologetic and in my opinion very stiff and rude toward me, as I repeatedly pointed out I not only was TOLD but had written verification of the misquote and that they should be standing by it, not telling me to kick rocks and get over it.

Do not and I repeat do not purchase any jewelry from this store. It is of poor quality.
