Purchased diamond earrings at Danbury Fair Mall as Xmas gift. Had to return them 12/26/12. Manager told me I would receive a refund check in a week...perhaps ten days at the outside. Today is 1/8/13, no check. No return calls. Their HQ is under name of F Meyer Jewelers, Portland OR: 503-762-4418. They say it'll be a MONTH for refund, and have no idea why their mgr told me a week. Pleasure doin' business, but it's the last time.
