Lisa made the most beautiful and delicious cake just perfect for our wedding theme with just a couple of questions for us. So much fun!

Lisa made us gorgeous cupcakes with lemon curd and blueberries, a ceremonial cutting cake and two groom's cakes (a Guinness pint and a Tiger bottle). All were great and got fabulous reviews on appearance and taste. She was very flexible and open to our ideas as well as creative and helpful with suggestions where we needed them.

Lisa was a pleasure to work with and made us a fabulous wedding cake!! She was very professional and very open to our opinions and suggestions for the cake design. She offered excellent input into design and flavors however she was more reliant on our ideas and just helped to tweak them! Our tasting with Lisa was also wonderful! All of our guests loved our cake!

I would have given her 5 stars had she been better at responding to emails and calls. As she apologized many times, "she's not a businesswoman, she just handles the cakes". I would wait 2-4 weeks to hear back from her at some points during the very early planning days. She told me she got an assistant to help her with the billing/emails, but I never saw any improvement in response time. Being a Type-A person, it was INCREDIBLY frustrating to work with her at times. I wanted a contract with her right from the start, but it wasn't until mid-June that we finally signed a contract (we got married 8/2), even though she assured me she'd set aside my wedding date.

She also worked with me to reduce the price. Many people at our wedding came up to us at the end of the night and told us how delicious the cake was. She's able to do gluten and dairy free which is also a HUGE plus!

I'd recommend her to others as long as they are very patient people, because her cake really was delicious!
