Greg and Merriann were such a joy to work with. We didn't feel like we were being filmed all day. They are so discreet so that we could just be ourselves. Such great memories were made that day and we will be able to watch those videos for years to come.

Oh my goodness, I was so incredibly blown away by the service we received from Like the River!! We had a COVID wedding, so we wanted to livestream our ceremony so that more of our loved ones could participate. Like the River offered a livestream package, and it was JUST what we wanted at a great value! Greg offered multiple options for which streaming platform we wanted to use, so we chose Youtube so that a recording of our entire ceremony would be available afterward. They brought multiple cameras to capture different angles, and both the video and sound quality of the stream were so good! What was really incredible was that a few weeks before the wedding, we asked Greg if we could pay extra to add on our first dance and toasts to the stream. Greg and his team went above and beyond to make that happen - he spent extra time to solve wifi issues so that the stream could continue, and then brought multiple cameras into the reception room to still capture multiple angles. He also helped remind us to say a special hello to the camera before he stopped the stream, which I was grateful for because I was so overwhelmed I might have forgotten! I cannot recommend Like the River highly enough - they will ensure your day gets captured with care and quality!!!

They were so professional. At the wedding I hardly even noticed them during the wedding. Anytime I had a question they got back to me right away. I would use them over and over again!

Having videography was very important to me, but I wasn't sure we could fit it in our budget. I was so happy when I found Like the River films. I watched some samples and it was so beautifully done. I couldn't believe the value! They booked a phone call with me to answer some questions we had before booking. About a month before the wedding, they met with us to go through wedding details, and even met us halfway to save us part of the two hour drive. On the wedding day, it was important to us to capture a little bit of the getting ready process through a little of dancing. We were able to get all of that with the 6 hour package. After the wedding, we were prepared to wait 3 months for our wedding film, however, 3 days later they already had a sneak peak film, and 3 weeks later they had sent us our final videos. It was so perfect, and FAST. We are so thankful that we have those films, especially for all the friends and family that couldn't make it. We will cherish these films forever, and are so grateful for Greg and Marianne.

Like the river films is an amazing videography company. Greg and Mariann are both so sweet and they capture those moments you want to treasure. They put together a highlight film of your wedding combining all the important pieces and help capture the day, I could not have asked for anything more perfect. I am so thankful we now have this video to reflect back on after our memories of the details face away, sure we have pictures but pictures don't help you remember your giddiness at the alter. We had alot of people who attended the wedding tell us they didnt even know we hired a videographer and that they never saw them! We loved our highlight video so much we emailed it to family and friends who were unable to attend our wedding. They watched it and felt like they were there.

My experience with Greg and Merriann was hands down one of the best experiences!! From the first meeting we instantly clicked, they both have such a fun positive outlook and they just made me feel so comfortable especially allowing them up close and personal with one of the most intimate personal times in our lives. They are both so amazing and professional with what they do, also relaxed and just genuinely fun people to work with. Many of the groomsmen commented on how fun Greg was and joked around with the guys to make it fun!! Merriann was in the bridal room with the girls and had SO many great ideas to really tie the film together! They both have so much knowledge on what moments to capture that in the end result made a beautiful video!! I couldnt be more pleased with how my film turned out. I could literally go on and on about my experience and how amazing they are, but you should just book with them and find out for yourself, you wont regret it!!!

They are professional, fun, creative, kind, talented and non-intrusive. We spent 10 minutes out of 10 hours of footage doing staged material (which ended up being some of our favorite shots) - everything else was completely authentic and organic. They truly did blend in perfectly with the day as we hardly knew they were there. They worked seamlessly with our photographer and captured sounds, expressions and moments photos simply cannot. They helped keep us on schedule, focused on the details that we spent months planning/executing and even during busy season still provided us all content within 2 months!

We have been reliving our wedding day for weeks now, and thanks to this beautiful memento we will be able to relive it for years to come.
