We are SO thankful that we hired sweet Hannah to coordinate our wedding day. Hannah was quick to hop on a call with me to go over everything she provides and was very helpful from the beginning. Her wedding planning guide was perfect for our month to month to-do list. She is very organized! Hannah has the sweetest personality and was very calm but also assertive when she needed to be. She worked wonderful with the venue coordinator our venue makes you use. She helped with set up and take down, coordinated my handful of a wedding party during rehearsal, and answered all of my many questions. I had a few extra items I needed help with and she was very accommodating. Her assistant was also wonderful. Our wedding day wouldn't have happened as perfect as it did without her.

We had such a great experience working with Hannah and her team— we cannot recommend them enough! Every detail, big and small, was tended to before and on our wedding day. Hannah made sure we had everything taken care of before the wedding, including things we wouldn’t have thought of or that we would’ve waited too long to initiate. she kept us on track throughout the whole process. The day itself went smoothly and everyone had a great time. We had two events at two separate locations, so coordinating it all was no small feat. Overall Hannah is incredibly knowledgeable and was an absolute joy to work with. We miss her already!

Hannah was an absolute dream for our April 2023 wedding. With her help coordinating our wedding, the day was worry-free and my husband and I got to enjoy the day with our families while she handled everything. (She even captured some amazing polaroid pictures of the big day for us ;) ) Hannah went above and beyond for us - helping with planning workbooks and timeline meetings to make sure we were on track always with our wedding planning needs before the big day.

A few days before our wedding, the weather forecast predicted rain and forced us to move our outdoor wedding ceremony to the indoors. Naturally, we were very stressed trying to re-plan our ceremony design, but with Hannah's help she found us linen vendors and coordinated our vendor team for the new plans. I cannot recommend Hannah and her team enough - We are so happy we went with her for our wedding coordinating needs :)

Working with Hannah at Like the Dazzling was an absolute dream. My husband and I immediately felt completely out of our element when we began trying to plan our wedding. I wasn't sure about the idea of hiring a wedding planner at first, but ultimately I decided that hiring Like the Dazzling for full planning services was the way to go. Best money I've ever spent. Seriously. Beyond the fact that Hannah is just an awesome person that you'll want to be friends with after, she makes the whole wedding planning experience so much less stressful, more fun, and exciting. I was absolutely blown away by how smoothly the day of went. The event was more beautiful that I ever could have imagined. We are a less traditional couple and Hannah helped us create a wedding day experience that was perfectly "Us", but also so much fun for our guests and full of beautifully arranged spaces. Along the way, she helped us find other vendors who fit with our style, but also our personalities. I couldn't have found anyone better to make this incredibly special day happen. I wish I was younger so that I had more friends preparing for marriage. I recommend Hannah and her team at Like the Dazzling for anyone looking for any level of wedding planning and/or coordination. We are so grateful that we went with Hannah as our day of coordinator for our June wedding in Asheville! Hannah provided us with lots of resources and planning tools months in advance and took over all of our vendor communication seamlessly in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Consistently throughout, Hannah was so knowledgeable and really helped to ease our planning stress as we felt we were in great hands. She was also super flexible and generous with her time by going above and beyond to help my family set up our decor. Like the Dazzling wedding & events is nothing short of amazing! From the very first consultation call, I could tell how genuine Hannah was, she took time to listen to everything I needed for the most important weekend of my life! And so quickly, she would also follow-up with an email, answering all my questions in detail, never missing a beat. I cannot stress enough how professional Hannah is but at the same time, I feel like I’ve known her for years and she’s one of my close friends! She was on top of every single detail, perfected my timeline, organized everything and everyone, from the 30 days out planning to the day of- she was AMAZING!!! She was even there till the very end of the night, making sure everything was packed up for us to take back home , not forgetting anything, she was my second hand and I could not have imagined my wedding without her!!!! Also, the best decision was having Like the Dazzling take care of RSVPs and curating the most perfect wedding welcome bags for our guests to receive when they arrived at the hotel. Hannah and her team at Like the Dazzling are nothing short of amazing! Hannah is beyond organized and is so on top of it all. She has tons of experience and was able to guide me through my entire wedding planning process. Whether I was deciding on what song to walk down the isle to or how to layout the reception venue, Hannah's advice was incredibly helpful during such a stressful time. I knew that I wanted to work with a day-of coordinator as soon as we started planning the wedding. As someone who has event planning experience, I knew I didn’t want to worry about all the details the day of. I am so glad that I found Hannah and Like the Dazzling! She has a great way of putting together timelines, deadlines, and details in a way that is accessible. Like with so many others, the pandemic created a lot of uncertainty around our wedding. We ultimately decided to postpone our wedding and hold an intimate family ceremony on our original date instead. But we still wanted to celebrate with all our friends and family once it was feasible. Hannah didn’t hesitate to do all she could to help us find a new date that would work for us as well as help us navigate all of the challenges of postponing a wedding. She was an amazing source of support throughout the process. Her business partner and sister, Sophie, ended up stepping in as our coordinator for the actual day (for reasons I won't say out of respect for Hannah's privacy- but nothing bad!). Sophie and her assistant, Amanda, were amazing and so easy to work with! I didn’t feel stressed at all and everything transitioned seamlessly throughout the day. There are, of course, always going to be things that slip through the cracks but ultimately all came out beautifully. So incredibly grateful to all three of them for making our wedding day so special in the midst of everything.

Hannah SAVED our wedding! Our wedding coordinator ghosted us one month before our big day and I was in an absolute panic! I found Hannah on The Knot and was mesmerized by her work and portfolio. I reached out to her and by some miracle she was available! We had our first call to go over a few things and she gave me access to a Google Folder with an incredibly helpful questionnaire and checklist. She was so quick to help us finalize our timeline and began contacting our vendors to make sure everything was prepared and on schedule. On our big day she was absolutely phenomenal and such a big reason I felt relaxed and able to actually enjoy myself. She guided us through each portion of our timeline and after the ceremony and family photos, she even brought me and my husband drinks and appetizers from our cocktail hour so we could enjoy a moment alone to soak it all in. Hannah is so professional, organized, and kind that I still can't believe we found her! Thank you, Hannah!
