I called the 1-800 number on the Liberty Travel website and that's how I found this office. My agent was Dawn Sylvester and I enjoyed working with her. I used Liberty to coordinate and manage the package for guests attending our destination wedding in Jamaica. I chose Liberty because I already knew that I was going to select a RIU hotel and Liberty offered many travel packages for their properties. Dawn had established contacts with the company that came in very handy. She quickly provided quotes from three properties I was considering and I made a selection. They created a personal website for payments and sent email blasts to guests. I'm sure she managed several trips at once, so sometimes I had to call to get a response to an emailed question. Overall, she got back to all guests who contacted her. I could not have had a successful destination without her assistance. My only issue with the travel package, which included hotel and ground transportation, was that the ground transportation wasn't private and some guests waited 30-60 minutes to leave the airport because their bus wasn't full. I would recommend getting a rate that includes private transportation instead. I didn't realize that this could happen until we were on the ground. Some guests missed an important outing as a result.
