We needed to book a honeymoon fast and at an affordable price. I saw on another site a vacation that was suitable, but it was sold out! I panicked and finally went to Liberty Travel to see what they could do for me. Laurie Kauffer was amazing! She researched what I found, and laid out some choices for me. She explained everything and made sure I was well taken care of. We leave on the 18th of this month and I couldn't be more excited as a new bride! She has added happiness to this marriage experience for us.

We worked with COurtney at the Liberty Travel in Harfod Mall. She took great care of us for our honeymoon. No complaints at all.

The only reason we used a travel agent for our cruise was to try and get a better deal than booking it online ourselves. Liberty travel was great at beating the competition's price but that's where the greatness ended. Our travel agent, PR, was the worst at returning phone calls and emails after we booked our trip. She had no problem doing so beforehand to make sure we booked with Liberty but afterwards it took speaking to a supervisor there and the actual cruise line to get any type of update or details regarding our trip so that we could plan accordingly. This was very stressful, especially with wedding planning still going on and this being our first cruise. I would not use this specific Liberty Travel location again.
